The beauty is in the mix. 🤌🏼 Mixing materials can feel risky, until you see them come together. The tile, iron, wood, and warm tones, all working together beautifully in this home.

The kitchen island that almost never was.

When we began our Seminole Place project, our client wanted an island but had essentially accepted that the existing galley kitchen didn’t have room for one.

Instead of designing around that limitation, we looked at the footprint differently.

By relocating a wall, we were able to expand the kitchen and dining area and create the space the island needed. From there, the olive cabinetry, tile, warm wood tones and other details could do what finishes should do: support an already well-resolved space.

It’s a good example of why I believe some of the most important interior design decisions happen before materials are ever selected.

A beautiful kitchen matters. But first, it has to work beautifully for the people living in it.

Only 19 homes exist on Cherry Lake in Newport Beach. We’re building on one of them — and inviting a few of you to build it with us. 👀

This is an extremely rare opportunity. Very few people will ever get the chance to build on this lake, and most of you didn’t even know it existed.

We’re raising $800K for this project, $200K minimum to participate. God provided $1.6M on our last raise in just 8 days — this one will move just as fast, if not faster.

If you want to learn the investment process, learn how we build, or partner with us — DM us “CHERRY LAKE” for details and we’ll send you everything you need.
