The world leader in hand soldering!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After an impressive 11 years of service in my metalsmithing workshop, the motor in my most-used Proxxon IBS/E professional rotary tool needed replacing.

In my opinion, Proxxon makes some of the finest-quality rotary tools available, and this is a perfect example of why I rate them so highly. Rather than replacing the entire tool, I sourced a genuine replacement motor and have now fitted it myself. I opted for the safer option of a soldered cable splice rather than soldering the new motor cables directly to the PCB.

A big thank you to @proxxon_tools for making replacement parts available and helping to keep quality tools working for years to come.

A tutti voi, semplicemente: grazie. ☀️♥️

#SOSElectronic just released their latest market depth report on the #semiconductormarket. It looks like our old friend #leadtimegoup is back in action in the semiconductor field, explicitly also in #sensors and similar things not directly affected by the #aibubble. As usual, find more information in the full PDF provided at https://www.soselectronic.com/en-gb/market-overview-lead-time-and-products-cost-2968
