Our recent gathering @maisonforme_pb was special for so many reasons.

Nearly two years postpartum, I’m only just beginning to feel like myself again. And while that has always been the goal, being surrounded by mothers in so many different stages of motherhood reminded me of something important. I’ll never be quite the same person I was before becoming a mother, and in so many ways, I’m stronger for it.

I was also reminded of how important it is to show up. For ourselves and for one another. To share, talk, laugh, move, listen, and simply be together and without judgement. These moments of connection are so essential to our well-being.

Throughout the morning, I spoke with women who shared how much they were looking for community, how much they needed connection, and how much they hoped we would do more of this. We absolutely will 🤍

I created Mothering from a very personal place of feeling disconnected and wanting to find my way back to myself and to others. I wanted to create the kind of space I needed, one that embraces mothers at every stage, where we can come as we are, feel seen and supported, and simply enjoy being together.

Because sometimes what we need most isn’t anything complicated. It’s connection, community, and more opportunities to be in the same room together.

So grateful to everyone who joined and made this morning what it was, and for the reminder that we all have the ability to uplift and support one another. Until next time Xo 🤍✨#palmbeach #mothering #westpalmbeach
