The Consistency Crew will Never Miss a Monday especially on a holiday! We had miles, smiles, laughs, conversations and fellowship! Just what is needed to start the week! You just don't know how this group blesses my soul 💜. When I miss them I feel off balance. We bought juice from our BGR sister @darealsharron and checked in with BGR coach @fabulosity_i_am1 . And it was Medal Monday with our medals from the @werunnash 9to5K. Great morning! #consistencycrew #livinghealthierwithmarie #nevermissamonday #medalmonday

I ran a 5K today. Yes, you read that right. I ran 3.1 miles. On a road. On purpose. Not sure who I am anymore. 🤣 Endlessly grateful to @dawnedens for tackling this one with me (and remembering to take pics along the way)! 💖💖💖 But it was Dolly themed and we all know I love Dolly! Also grateful for these humans who make this whole running thing so much fun! “For the vibes!” - @actuallymattie_ Wasn’t late for this one! FINALLY! Nothing new on race day? Do as I say, not as I do. 🤪 The crew pre-race Supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs with our on-course popsicle purchase! The Mak Attack! Pink is definitely our color! I somehow convinced @slpinky401 to stop dancing long enough to take this pic with me. 💜💜💜

🌸About Our Monthly Sister Circle🌺 The Monthly Sister Circle was created for all women who need a space of their own. A space to exhale, connect, grow, laugh, reflect, and simply be. At the heart of our Sister Circle is holistic wellness, intentional connection, and the honoring of the Divine Feminine. Because we are intentional about the energy we cultivate, our Circle is substance free. There is no alcohol, drugs, gossip, tearing others down, or any activities that pull us away from our highest selves. We protect the energy of the Circle because what we bring into a space matters. Every activity is thoughtfully designed with wellness in mind; from supporting Chakra balance and nervous-system regulation to naturally encouraging the body’s feel-good chemicals, such as serotonin and dopamine. Most importantly, we create meaningful opportunities to connect, laugh, be vulnerable, and build genuine bonds. The Sister Circle was created by the Wildflower Wellness Collective: women whose work centers on wellness and healing, including an educator, Reiki Master & Life Coach, Registered Nurse & Journal Coach, Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, and a Reiki Master/Teacher & Certified Herbalist. Together, we bring different wisdom, experiences, and healing modalities to one shared intention. This is more than just events. It is a space to pour back into yourself, connect with other women, and remember that you don’t have to do life alone🫶🏽🌻🌸🌷🌺🌹 For more details and to register, please click the link in my bio.
