GILBERT, WE FEEL THE LOVE. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the official opening of our doors in downtown Gilbert! We’ve been welcomed with so much love, and it means more than you know.

In a market full of choices, it feels really good to be appreciated for what makes Remedy different. We’re a locally owned boutique studio, not a chain. We believe in small group classes, highly skilled and comprehensively trained teachers, and access to all the Pilates apparatus. Most of all, we believe in creating a place where people feel seen, supported, challenged, and part of something special.

Gilbert, thank you for welcoming us into your community. We’re so happy to be here! 🫶🏼

A huge thank you to our amazing local vendors who popped up and celebrated with us:
☕️ @lightheartcoffee
✨ @phxsunless
🤍 @everydayesthetics
🌿 @thenowmassage
🍬 @islawellnessgummies
🍦 @nattyicecream

And thank you to The Food Nanny and The Great Gadsby for the delicious post-workout treats! You helped make the day even sweeter. 🤎

MOST OF ALL, OUR REMEDY TEACHERS. ❤️

You are the heart of this business. Thank you for showing up, sharing your knowledge, bringing your energy, and pouring your passion into every Pilates, Barre, and Sculpt class. You make Remedy what it is, and we couldn’t do this without you. Love you guys!

We’re just getting started, Gilbert. Let’s build something great together. ✨

XOXOX,
Remedy Pilates & Barre 🤍

🎁 Shopping local for the holidays? Arizona has SO many amazing small businesses with gifts for everyone on your list, including your furbabies!

I had so much fun checking out the AZ Gift Guide Showcase at Carcara Restaurant at the Sheraton Phoenix and discovering businesses I wouldn’t normally come across. From boutique finds and subscription boxes to beauty, food, home gifts and more, there was truly something for everyone!

A huge thank you to @therealhousewifeofscottsdale for the invite! 💕 And @carcaraphx at Sheraton for the delicious food!

I’ll be tagging all of the amazing businesses featured below. If I can’t fit everyone, I’ll tag them in the comments!

Save this for your holiday shopping and support Arizona small businesses! 🎄✨

Blooms & Pilates is THIS SUNDAY 🌸 and if you’ve been waiting to grab your spot, this is your sign.

Join us 9/20 from 4:30–6 PM at @provisioncoffee for a Sunday built around movement, flowers + community.

We’ll start upstairs with a spicy Pilates flow, then head downstairs to build your bouquet, shop local vendors, mingle + hang for a little Sunday reset.

Your ticket includes:
• Pilates with @ajoystudio_
• Build-your-own bouquet with @jessbloomsaz
• Local vendors + giveaways
• The sweetest community

Spots are limited and we’re only a few days out, so don’t wait until Sunday to decide 👀

Scan the QR code or comment BLOOMS and I’ll send you the link.
