What a beautiful day in His presence! 🤍🙌✨ We had SO much fun at Wellness Plus God, and our hearts are so full! 🥹💃 From leading an energetic cardio class to coming together in a praise dance, we were reminded that movement is such a beautiful way to worship and glorify God. There is nothing like using the gifts He has given us to bring people together in His name! ❤️‍🔥 All the glory belongs to God! Everything we do is for Him, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to be part of something that brings wellness, faith, and community together. 🙏 A huge thank you to @WellnessPlusGod for inviting us and trusting us with your vision. Todo empezó con alguien hablando de nuestra marca cuando nosotras ni siquiera estábamos presentes. La creadora de Wellness + God @wellnessplusgod escuchó sobre nuestras obleas y cuando descubrió que podía conseguir en Orlando unas elaboradas con amaranto y endulzadas con stevia, nos escribió emocionadísima: “Quiero que todas las mujeres y las de Puerto Rico sepan lo que es comerse una oblea con dulce de leche.” 🥹 Y de ahí nació una idea que se convirtió en realidad: Nuestro GFB OBLEAS BAR. Un pedacito de Colombia dentro de Faith & Fitness, una comunidad de mujeres llena de amor, servicio, movimiento, fe y un deseo genuino de honrar a Jesús. Las vimos escoger sus toppings, probar el dulce de leche, preguntar qué era una oblea… Y después volver por más. 😂🤎 Pero nos llevamos algo todavía más bonito. A veces Dios abre puertas a través de una recomendación, una conversación, una mujer que cree en el sueño de otra mujer. @mafeg20 Tal vez no tenemos que brillar solas. Pinch me… I think I’m dreaming 🥹☁️ At the beginning of this year, I couldn’t have imagined myself leading a room full of women through a workout like this. Two years ago, teaching was just an idea I kept coming back to. Seeing it become part of my life still feels a little unreal. I’ve always loved helping women feel good about themselves, whether that’s through a treatment at my spa, encouraging them to show up confidently online, or reminding them that they deserve time for themselves, even with families, jobs, and everything else on their plates. I dreamed of doing that in a way that brought women together, and this year I finally got to. None of this happened on my own. I’ve met incredible people who believed in me, shared their knowledge, coached me, and helped me find my voice as an instructor. They opened their doors, welcomed me into their spaces, and gave me opportunities to show what I can do.🤍 If there’s something you keep dreaming about, take one little step toward it each day. Don’t let another year pass wondering what might have happened if you’d tried. Sign up for the class. Get the certification. Learn a little more. Say yes to the opportunity that scares you. I’m here because I kept taking those steps, even when it meant stepping out of my comfort zone. I can’t wait to see where they lead next. To everyone who has taught me, believed in me, or given me a chance this year: you’ve helped me become someone I once only imagined I could be. I’ll never forget that. 🤍✨
