Pinch me… I think I’m dreaming 🥹☁️

At the beginning of this year, I couldn’t have imagined myself leading a room full of women through a workout like this. Two years ago, teaching was just an idea I kept coming back to. Seeing it become part of my life still feels a little unreal.

I’ve always loved helping women feel good about themselves, whether that’s through a treatment at my spa, encouraging them to show up confidently online, or reminding them that they deserve time for themselves, even with families, jobs, and everything else on their plates. I dreamed of doing that in a way that brought women together, and this year I finally got to.

None of this happened on my own. I’ve met incredible people who believed in me, shared their knowledge, coached me, and helped me find my voice as an instructor. They opened their doors, welcomed me into their spaces, and gave me opportunities to show what I can do.🤍

If there’s something you keep dreaming about, take one little step toward it each day. Don’t let another year pass wondering what might have happened if you’d tried. Sign up for the class. Get the certification. Learn a little more. Say yes to the opportunity that scares you. I’m here because I kept taking those steps, even when it meant stepping out of my comfort zone. I can’t wait to see where they lead next.

To everyone who has taught me, believed in me, or given me a chance this year: you’ve helped me become someone I once only imagined I could be. I’ll never forget that. 🤍✨

Hay lugares a los que llegas… y hay lugares que Dios convierte en hogar.

Hoy celebramos un año de Wellness Plus God 🤍

He tenido el privilegio de servir desde lo que amo, aportando con marketing, contenido y cada idea que pueda sumar. Pero en el camino recibí mucho más de lo que vine a dar.

Encontré hermanas.
Encontré apoyo.
Encontré risas, abrazos, conversaciones reales, oración y mujeres que genuinamente quieren caminar juntas hacia Dios.

Hoy celebramos entre risas, comunidad y hermandad, pero sobre todo celebramos a Aquel que nos unió y el propósito por el cual hacemos todo esto: servir al Señor y ser luz para otras.

En el día de hoy tuve la dicha de ser parte de los vendors en el aniversario de esta bella comunidad y fue una doble bendición para mi ya que a parte de ser el primer evento de venta al público oficial de HC, era para celebrar un año de este grupo de mujeres bellas y con propósito lideradas por mi amiga @wellnessplusmama 💚

La verdad es que la felicidad y gratitud no me entran en el pecho, disfruté cada minuto, actividad, conexión y aún más cada palabra de aliento y fe que nos compartieron, fue sin dudad una recarga directa al alma.

GRACIAS a todas las que pasaron por mi puesto, por el apoyo, las que probaron, compraron, hablaron y compartieron conmigo en este día tan bonito, gracias amiga por la oportunidad y por esta linda comunidad que tú con mucho esmero y dedicación has formado para Su gloria.

Emigrar ya es difícil, y hacerlo siendo introvertida lo hace aún más retador 🫠 peroo la zona cómoda tampoco me va a llevar a donde quiero estar. 🤎

Este fue mi primer evento de @youngerme_club y me encantó!! 🥰

Aunque fui sola, me alegra haberme dado la oportunidad de vivirlo.
