3 years later ❤️‍🔥 None of this happens without the people who trusted me with their bodies. thank you for being my practice, my patience, and my teachers. To my classmates who stayed late, gave honest feedback, and pushed me to be better - I see you and I’m so grateful. This work is humbling, you don’t just learn it, you have to EARN it - one rep, one session, one correction at a time. Here’s to everyone who commits to the craft until it finally clicks.

Ditch the long hip flexor stretch - do this instead ⬇️
〰️
Passive stretching feels good in the moment, but doesn’t teach the muscles to control that range. These exercises do! They load the hip flexor through its full length, building strength AND mobility at the same time.
〰️
SWIPE through & add them to your regular workout routine or warm-up before dance class/rehearsal/performance!
