One more week left at Anchor and I’m definitely feeling extra bummed about it 🥹 but also so, so thankful. After 2.5 years, October 31 will be my last day at Anchor 🤍 Brittany and Brett, thank you for being such incredible bosses, clinic owners, and people to work alongside. The way you care for both your patients and your team is so genuine, and that kind of leadership is something I will always admire. Anchor has truly set such a high standard for what I hope every clinic I’m part of throughout my career can feel like, and I’ll always be grateful I got to be part of what you built. To my Anchor team 🤍 thank you for being such kind, talented, supportive people to work alongside. I’m going to miss seeing everyone so regularly. And then there are my patients, which is probably the hardest part of leaving. Some of you have been with me almost the entire 2.5 years. You’ve supported me through so many milestones in my life, trusted me with your care, shared your lives with me, and honestly, so many of you have started to feel like family. Thank you to every person who kept coming back and especially to those who drove so far just to continue being treated by me. I never took that for granted. The laughs, the tears, the comfortable silence, the random life updates, the celebrations, the hard seasons and everything in between are things I’ll genuinely miss. Being able to witness your progress and be even a small part of your healing journey has been such a privilege. Please still send me your life updates because I’m way too invested now 🥹😂🤍 And keep an eye out because you’ll definitely still see me around Anchor — just this time as one of you, coming in for treatment and being treated by some of the best practitioners 🤍 Anchor will always be such a special part of my career and my life, and I’m so thankful I got to call it home for this chapter🫶🏼

Thoracic Manipulation 👇🏼 Why? Improving thoracic extension can help to reduce tension in shoulders, ribs and neck. Spinal manipulations are used to quickly decompress your spinal joints and reduces pressure, allows for better function and can positively impact your pain perceptions. This is not for everyone but can be a great tool utilized by the right practitioner at the right time 👍🏻 #chiropractormississauga #thoracicmanipulation #backpain #physiomississauga #rmtmississauga

We see you and we appreciate it! 🙏🏼 Now over 3 years into creating and owning @anchorhealthandperformance, it has been very busy and challenging but @wellnesswithbrittp and I couldn’t be happier because of all the amazing people it allows us to work with on a daily basis. Also a testament to all the great practitioners who have been a part of it as well. Here’s to many more years 👌 #Smallbusiness #chiropractormississauga #physiomississauga #massagemississauga #naturopathmississauga

You’re looking at the photographer, I’m looking at what I’m capturing. Women, betting on themselves, stepping into rooms that feel intimidating, finding themselves again, exploring their purpose and building lives they truly love. Selfishly I love being part of the story, and capturing these women. I’m so proud of each of you! It’s not just “omg I love these.” It’s bigger. I watch something shift in real time. Like she finally has proof of everything she’s been quietly building. But here’s the part that gets me every time. The woman she sees in those photos? The confident, capable, undeniable one? She thought that version of herself was five years away. Something she had to earn. Something she still had to grow into. And then she sees herself the way I see her and realizes she is already her. Right now. Today. That shift does not just feel good. It changes how she shows up. How she talks about her work. How she sells. How she attracts. Businesses grow faster when the woman running them finally believes what her photos already know. That is why I do this. Raise your hand if you’ve said at least one of these. 🙈 I made this carousel because I’ve said every single one of them. And every single one of them cost me. Time, clients, opportunities, momentum. Staying invisible it feels safe. But safe doesn’t pay the bills and it doesn’t get you found by the woman who needs exactly what you do. You don’t have to be everywhere. You just have to be somewhere. Consistently. Visibly. Unapologetically. Save this for the next time that voice gets loud. And send it to the friend who needs the nudge too. 💕 [VictoriaMaePhotography, BrandPhotography, BrandPhotographer, PersonalBranding, WomenInBusiness, FemaleFounders, OntarioPhotographer, Visibility, MarketingStrategy, FemaleEntrepreneur, ContentMarketing, ShowUp, BuildYourBrand, SmallBusinessOwner, EntrepreneurMindset]

She wanted to wait until after she had her baby. And honestly? I get it. Pregnancy can feel like this in-between season, something to pause on, move through, and document later. But girl, I’m so glad she trusted me when I told her the opposite. @wellnesswithbrittp is a prenatal and postnatal physiotherapist, and right now she is living the exact season her clients are walking through. There is no amount of perfectly curated content that can replicate that. The relatability she has right now is a gift, and we captured it. We built out photos for her socials AND created visuals for an exclusive guide on exercises that prepare your body for labour. It is so perfectly aligned with who she is and what she does, honestly I could cry a little. 💕 Sometimes the season you want to hide in is the exact one that makes you magnetic. If you’re in a chapter that feels messy or in-between, don’t wait. Your people need you in it. DM me and let’s talk about what we can create for you right now. 🙈

Holy moly April, you brought me alive again!!! I saw real flowers growing outside and I cried. This winter did me in. I celebrated 5 years and the rest of forever with Josh and honestly we were so exhausted that day but had so much fun Caught up with friends, grew deeper friendships. Got sucked deeper into the world of Real Housewives! (Sneak of that audio while my bunny snacks hehe) Shot so many amazing brands and events Had my photos featured on a Times Square bill board! Okay bucket list I see you. Volunteered for a cause helping make prom more accessible! And grew as a business owner thanks to beautiful courses by @alliarruda and @mintworthyco Mays already off to the races and I can’t wait for all the beautiful people and memories that will happen this month. Being a business owner can feel like a roller coaster. These monthly dumps help me remember all the good even in the moments of feeling like a failure!
