A little New York moment that meant a lot. ✨

I’ve been following Emma Grede @emmagrede for years, learning from her perspective on business, money, ambition, and what it really means to own your power as a woman.

Her book 📖 Start With Yourself reminded me of something important: don’t shrink your ambitions to fit what’s comfortable. Think bigger. Ask bigger. Go after what you want.

And yesterday, I got to meet the woman herself! ❤️

What struck me most was her energy. So warm, genuine, generous, and fully present. A woman who has built an empire and still makes time to make others feel seen! It’s infectious!

I came with her book, a big smile, and a little boldness. Left with a signed copy, a beautiful connection, and a reminder that sometimes the only thing standing between you and an opportunity is the courage to act.

Here’s to women building empires, opening doors, and reminding the rest of us that we’re allowed to want it all.

And to showing up for the life you want to create. No playing small. ❤️‍🔥

A weekend of sound, stillness, and connection. 🤍

Saturday brought us together in a beautiful garden for a private birthday sound bath. So grateful to @wellreserved the partnership and for connecting us for such a special celebration.

Sunday reminded me that sometimes the unexpected brings its own kind of magic.

What was meant to be an outdoor sound bath at @thegalleyncm became a cozy indoor gathering, with rain falling outside and the sound of the bowls filling the room. Sound on the Sound became our own little Sound Sanctuary. ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined me this weekend and allowed me to share something I love so deeply.

Sometimes all we need is a little space to slow down, feel held, and simply be together.
