Not sure how your day was, but mine was awesome! Nothing better than Gathering at the Roc. Reliability run today and out at the preserve tomorrow. Such a great event with a phenomenal vibe and an amazing collection of the nations best hot rods.

The Gathering at the Roc 2026

This past weekend, Pertronix was proud to sponsor The Gathering at the Roc in Bartlesville, OK. More than 600 hot rods, customs and classics came to town, with about 550 making it into Woolaroc for Saturdays show. Even if a car isn’t selected for the Woolaroc Gathering, there’s still plenty to be part of, including the reliability run and hang outs around downtown Bartlesville.

It’s easily one of our favorite events of the year. Calling it just a car show doesn’t quite do it justice, “gathering” feels right. The traditional hot rods, customs, beautiful setting and relaxed atmosphere create a vibe that’s hard to find anywhere else.

We could tell you how special it is or share a million pictures from our weekend, but the best way to understand it is to experience it for yourself. Here are a few of the sights and cars we enjoyed while we were there. It was especially great seeing so many cars running Pertronix products and Taylor wires.

Make sure you add this event to your 2027 calendar. This is one you want want to miss and you can count on Pertronix to be back as a sponsor next year.

Big thanks to everyone who made it happen. Already looking forward to next year! @hotrodgarageinc @buz_mccullough @the_gathering_at_the_roc

TROG 2026: Hot Rods - Chapter 2
@t.r.o.g._official 🏁💨
For a few days, Wildwood, New Jersey, turned into a time machine.
Flag girls 🏁 sent everyone down the strip, and the hot rods did what hot rods do best: make a whole lot of nonsense noise, shower everyone with sand, and somehow make the whole damn thing look perfectly reasonable.

The forecast wasn’t looking promising. Dark clouds, rain, breezy winds, and a beach full of people with trust issues with the Weather Channel, and care less about getting wet.

Twenty frames from an insane weekend of beautiful mechanical nonsense.🤙🏼

Turns out the forecast was wrong about one thing.
