For female entrepreneurs who refuse to choose between ambition + wellbeing
📍IRL events: Boston + South Shore
✨ Success w/o self-abandonment

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

On Sunday, October 25, from 8:30-11:30 at @liftedsouthshore, I’ll be speaking at @wellth.society Swetworking Event, a new kind of networking event that combines business wellness, physical wellness, and mental wellness for Female Founders. I’m talking about why “think positive” alone won’t help you feel worthy of your own success, and I’ll be leading an EFT activation to help release the subconscious blocks and actually step into worthiness. There’s also a strength workout, mini massages from WIM Norwell, and mini Exomind treatments from @skinmdbos and you’ll be in a room of ambitious women focused on their overall wellbeing. Tickets are $47 or free for Wellth Society Members. DM me or comment for ticket link

LURUH bar takeover at Remedy Place Boston × gen-well.

For The Female Factor: Beyond the Male Baseline, we poured Beras Kencur — one of Indonesia’s most familiar jamu and one of our favorite warming rituals to share with women.

Made with soaked rice, kencur, fresh ginger, gula jawa and a touch of sea salt, Beras Kencur is considered panas — warming in the traditional jamu framework. It has long been reached for when the body feels tired, depleted or in need of warmth and nourishment. Traditional uses also include supporting appetite and easing everyday fatigue and body aches.

Beras Kencur has a long history in Java; one review traces its consumption at the Surakarta Hadiningrat Palace to the 18th century before it became one of the jamu drinks commonly enjoyed across Indonesia. And the larger jamu tradition has been carried and prepared largely by women for generations — something UNESCO recognized when Jamu Wellness Culture was inscribed as Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2023.

We sweeten ours with gula jawa — Indonesian palm sugar — for that deep, caramel-like warmth that belongs in the recipe.

Made by hand. Served warm. Shared woman to woman.

Thank you Remedy Place Boston + gen-well for making room for a different kind of conversation around women’s wellness.

Two entrepreneurs. Two very different industries. One podcast. 👀

What does estate planning have in common with fitness, wellness, and building a thriving community?

More than you might think.

We recently sat down with:

⚖️ Julie Ladimer, Esquire & Owner of Ladimer Law, talking estate planning, protecting what you’ve built, and why these conversations matter long before you think you need them.

💪 Simone Bernstein, Owner of Barre3 Brookline and founder of Wellth Society, sharing what it takes to build a wellness business, create community, and turn a passion into something much bigger.

Different businesses. Different paths. A whole lot of lessons about entrepreneurship, leadership, service, and building something that lasts.

And trust us… you’re going to want to hear both conversations.
