Looking for meaningful, experiential training for your staff?

Sandtray work can take us deep—which is why anchoring and regulation matter. The sandtray itself can be a powerful regulator, while grounding activities through movement, rhythm, sensory experiences, bilateral drawing, journaling and play can help reset the nervous system before, during, and after deeper work.

When we support the nervous system, we create more space for connection, creativity, and possibility.

A special thank-you to the amazing group at TLC Wellness @wellwithtlc . Your openness, curiosity, insights, and ability to work as a team were truly inspiring. The safe and protective space you created made it possible for everyone to explore, connect, and learn together.

Who can evaluate my child with little to no wait?!

If you have concerns about your child's development or learning, then you likely already know that many local providers have waitlists as long as 18-24 months for evaluations.

As a parent who was once putting my child's name on those lists, I grew frustrated and made it my mission to collect parent recommended resources with minimal wait times who can help families get answers as early as possible.

On the blog, I've gathered many excellent options to consider to make your life easier.
