‘Man from California’ by @daisykilbourne avail now 🎵 🎧 🔊

A few words from Daisy below:

“Man From California is the final single off my debut album ‘All The Hurt’ out June 5. I wanted the nylon guitar and lush, subtle backseat production to communicate the rawness of the story, something intimate, while the layered vocals create a vintage, warm haze in direct contrast to the lyrics. I also wanted the song to sound like the beautiful, palm tree-filled desert and the slow, salty coastal breeze I was experiencing during my time in California, especially those golden, hazy hours walking through Laurel Canyon, where so many of the artists that inspire me once lived and wrote some of my favourite albums. Even though a man from California having a midlife crisis interrupted my mid-shift daydream back to that place… at least I got a song out of it. Thanks, man.”

🚨 Unfortunately we have to postpone our May Cash: American Recordings UK tour.

Due to the current situation in the Middle East, our flights have been cancelled and at this late stage we haven’t been able to find a workable alternative.

We were really looking forward to bringing this show over and are genuinely gutted to miss you.

We know this is a small thing in the scheme of what’s going on right now and our thoughts are with those affected.

The good news is we’re already working on rescheduling the run and will share new dates as soon as we can.

All ticket holders will be contacted by venues with refund details.

Thanks for sticking with me. We’ll get this show to you soon! ❤️
