Look back at last week and ask who actually got your time.

Not who you meant to give it to. Who received it.

For most of us the honest answer is work, and the people we love got whatever was left at the end, when we were tired and half listening.

That is not a love problem. Nobody schedules the people they love, so those hours are the first to get taken.

October is National Work and Family Month, and this is the whole point of it.

Put one evening in the app this week with a real start and end time, the same way you would protect a meeting. Protected time is the only kind that survives a busy week.

Who would you give that evening to? 💛

Happy birthday to the guy who makes every client feel like family. 🎉

Tony has a way of turning a stressful process into a calm conversation. He listens first, explains things in plain English, and never rushes anyone toward a decision.

Behind every set of keys he’s helped hand over is a family he still checks in on. That’s just who he is.

Join us in wishing Tony a great year ahead. Drop a birthday wish below. 👇

And if Tony helped you into your home, we’d love for you to see what it’s worth today. Comment KEYS to send him some love.

Every first-time buyer starts with questions. Luz had plenty. 🏡

"As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and doubts and they guided me with a lot of care."

If you're feeling that way too, you're not behind. You're right where most buyers begin.

What's one question you'd want answered before buying your first home?

If you'd like a simple place to start your home search, comment PLAN and we'll send you the link.

Every October 1, Jennifer Davis stops by CLS with our annual pumpkin and just like that, it officially feels like fall.

We love the pumpkin, but we love what’s behind the tradition even more: staying connected, showing appreciation, and building relationships that last.

Jennifer, thank you for always thinking of us and for your continued friendship and partnership. You definitely know how to kick off the season! 🍂

Making a move this fall? We’ve got you covered.

🏡 Buying or selling? Connect with Jennifer Davis for your real estate needs.

🔑 Financing or refinancing? Connect with CLS Financial for your home financing needs.

When I suggest adding an Accountability Partner, the first question is always the same. What will they actually see?

Fair question. Here is the honest answer.

They see your goal plan. The outcome, the Strategies, the Actions underneath them.

They see your progress report. The same bars you see, by day, week, month, or quarter.

They see your status and your next check-in date. In Progress. Delayed. Completed.

They do not see your other goals unless you invite them to. This is per goal, not a window into your whole life.

And here is the part people miss: being seen is the feature. A plan nobody can see is a plan nobody will ask about.

Add one in the app and choose what they see.

Comment whether you would let someone see that. 💛

There’s something so energizing about connecting with people who share your passion for helping others grow.

Goals2Life Founder & CEO Wendee Close had a wonderful lunch with April Barnes, President of Vital Link, and an inspiring conversation about helping young people discover what’s possible for their future.

Vital Link is creating incredible opportunities for students throughout Orange County to explore careers, gain real-world experience, and begin building their path forward.

But discovering the path is only the beginning.

How do we help young people keep moving forward after the program, workshop, or internship ends?

That’s where goals, mentorship, accountability, connection, and consistent action can make such a difference.

At Goals2Life, we believe it’s not only about helping people dream about what’s possible, it’s about giving them the tools and support to Create. Execute. Achieve. those possibilities.

We’re grateful for leaders like April who are investing in the next generation and excited about what conversations like these can lead to!

Here’s to helping more young people turn possibility into progress.

Home Sweet Home 🏡❤️

There’s something so special about relationships that feel like home.

Being in real estate has always been about so much more than houses. It’s about people, trust, connection, and the relationships we build along the way.

It has been such a joy working with Valencia Marlowe over the years. We both share a genuine passion for helping people find the right home while creating lasting relationships in the process.

Thank you, Valencia, for the heart, care, and dedication you bring not only to the Close team, but also to the clients we are fortunate to serve together.

There really is nothing sweeter than great homes, great people, and relationships that stand the test of time. ❤️

Growth gets real when you put your numbers, your challenges, and your next move on the table.

That’s what California Y Realty agents did at Elevate: Agent Mastermind, coming together for an afternoon of honest conversations, shared strategies, and forward thinking.

Facilitated by Jennifer Davis and Noelle Longemeyer, and hosted by Tony and Wendee Close of CLS Financial, the room became a space to look closely at what’s working in 2026, unpack the challenges agents are facing, and turn those insights into a stronger plan for the months ahead.

Because sometimes the best strategy is sitting around a table with people who understand the business, sharing what’s actually happening and learning from each other.

A room full of experience. A lot of ideas. And plenty of momentum to carry forward.

Summer 2026 you were special… so grateful for all the memories 💛☀️💛 going through my camera roll and noticing the sweetest dinners in the backyard, a few plane trips, family & friend memories made, getting to catch up and breathe, an incredible 10 weeks in the Bible studying incredible women, some nights dancing under the stars, several boat trips, sleep overs at my parents home, community service, water skiing and bike riding, a few glasses of wine and the best clients who moved into their new homes. Thank you for being just what this soul needed for the last three months💙🙏🏼💙. #REalLife #summer2026 #familyandfriends #thankful #livelifelikeyouweredying
