A little radio love for “Finger Picking Good” on 98.9 FM WCLZ! 📻

Here’s the beginning of the intro before the song hits the airwaves. Pretty cool hearing your own song introduced on the radio.

Thank you, WCLZ! ♥️

And thank you to everyone that listened in and sang along with me tonight! 🫶

There’s something surreal about hearing your own song on the radio.

I’ve spent so many miles driving with the windows down, singing along to my favorite songs on the radio, dreaming about what it might feel like to hear one of my own songs come through those speakers someday.

And now, there I was, driving down the road, windows down, listening to “Jellyfish” on 98.9 FM WCLZ.

Then hearing Wendell Gee talk about the song and describe my songwriting approach as different and entrancing made the moment even more special.

It’s hard to put into words what that feels like. Just incredibly grateful.

Thank you, WCLZ, for giving Jellyfish a spin and for believing in this little musical journey I’m on. 🪼🎶

Sometimes the dream really does find its way onto the radio. 🫶

TWO music icons in a seven day stretch???? Barry Manilow last week and then tonight to the @thewaldotheatre for Stewart Copeland's "Have I Said Too Much" show. He talked for 2+ hours about his growing up, his time with the Police, his solo career, and music in general. He was hilarious, smart, and engaged with the audience all night. Dinner at @moodysdiner with @nunancreative after the 5:30pm meet-and-greet... and then the show itself with fellow Police fanatics @wendellgee43 , @witchdoctor3000 , and the aforementioned Nunan (as well as the super lovely Mrs. Witchdoctor)!

A great lunch with longtime friends-- Tommy, Karen, Wendell, Matt, and Andrew Govatsos. We talked family, radio, concerts, and how hard it is to remember "where I was going with that." Thanks for organizing, Uncle Andrew!

Hitting the archives again. Here’s a very expensive throwback show… @thekillers at The Call with @iamwbru for $5.95. 2004? They played @heartbreakhotel_pvd in 2005 and @lennydinardo let me wear his World Series ring (thank you for that). Check out my story for upcoming shows! #thekillers #wbru #providence #rhodeisland #thecall

I love getting videos like this. I just want to take a minute to thank Portland’s Country radio station (101.9 WPOR) for continuing to spin my song ‘Bottom of a Bottle’ in their regular rotation. I do not take it for granted. Being on the radio is a huge deal for independent musicians and we are so lucky to have stations like WPOR & WCLZ in our backyard. They care about the music right here in the great state of Maine, and they give the underdog a chance to be heard. Thank you Portland Media Group ❤️
