What a magical night. ✨🤍

There’s something so special about looking around a room and seeing your small business woven into the lives of women who have watched you grow, cheered you on, and supported you along the way.

I’m honored to know so many incredible women with golden hearts, beautiful dreams, and an energy that makes everyone feel welcome. Women building businesses, sharing ideas, opening doors, and showing up for one another while pursuing dreams of their own. 🤍

And one of the greatest honors? Knowing they speak highly of your business in rooms you haven’t even stepped into—creating opportunities and cheering for your success. ✨

To these lovely ladies, thank you for your kindness, encouragement, and everything you bring to this community:

✨ Itxia | @xia_wellness & @wellness.itxialee
✨ Carlyn | @popfizzclinkboutique
✨ Mónica | @inbalancealamoranch
✨ Wendy | @wendybell
✨ Karyna | @inhalexhale_24
✨ Izamary | @best.amigas.satx
✨ Barbi | @barbi.couture
✨ If I missed anyone … Message me. The tiredness is real. 🥱

Let’s send some love their way! Follow their businesses, leave a thoughtful comment, share a post, book a service, or shop something you love. Behind each business is a woman pouring her heart into a dream, and every bit of support matters.

Thank you for making KAZA part of your stories.
And for being such a beautiful part of mine. 🔗🤍✨

@wendybell messaged me while in San Antonio and informed me that she would be at the Deeper Together Tour event and asked if I’d be down for a dance collab? Ummm HELL YEAH! Now listen, this was AFTER the workout and I competed the day before so I was little shaky but A TIME WAS HAD!

I love my people!!

Today, working hard to 9 to 5 his a little different. 💔

We’re deeply saddened by the loss of the incomparable Dolly Parton—a woman who gave the world so much more than unforgettable music. Her joy, strength, humor, empowerment, generosity and authenticity inspired generations.

As Dolly’s final message so beautifully said, “I will always love you.”

So today, our inBalance community moves a little harder, smiles a little bigger and turns up 9 to 5 in her honor.

Thank you for the music, the laughter, the sparkle and for always reminding us to unapologetically be ourselves!

Rest beautifully, Dolly. We will always love you.

8 Years. One Incredible Community! 💙

What an unforgettable day! Our hearts are so full after celebrating 8 amazing years with all of you!

From full classes and smiling faces to incredible local health & wellness partners, giveaways, treats, and so many meaningful conversations, every moment reminded us why we do what we do.

The best part wasn't the celebration—it was watching our community show up, move together, encourage one another, and spend the morning investing in their health. That's what inBalance has always been about.

To every member who took a class, every guest who came to check us out, every partner who shared their passion, and every instructor and team member who helped make this event so special... thank you.

Eight years ago, we opened our doors with a vision to create a place where people could move with purpose, build strength, and find connection. Today, because of all of you, that vision is stronger than ever.

Here's to the memories we've made, the lives we've impacted, and the exciting years ahead. We can't wait to keep growing with you.

Thank you for believing in inBalance Alamo Ranch. Thank you for choosing us. And thank you for making our 8th anniversary one we'll never forget. 💙

Cheers to the next chapter—stronger together!
