If even one of these made you think “yep, that’s me” - this might be your sign. 🤍

We have just a few rooms left for our Winter Wellness Retreat at @tors_park, North Devon - 26-29 November 2026.

Three nights to switch off, be looked after, eat ridiculously well, move, rest, laugh, sleep and head into December feeling like yourself again.

Coming solo, with your best friend, your mum or your partner - all very welcome.

DM us RETREAT and we’ll send over the brochure + details of the remaining rooms. ✨

ASKING FOR HELP [[virtual shares + hand outs]] 🙋‍♀️

I have zero time or real care for online marketing at the moment but would love to spread the word of @thestudio.lytham and our offering ✨

I created these flyers for a friend to have on a stall she was hosting and then I thought I could put them to use else where SO

It would be wonderful if you could…

1️⃣ Simply share this post to your stories or screen grab and share with your girls WhatsApp group
2️⃣ Pop your thinking cap on and if there is somewhere you reckon we could leave a flyer / this in poster form let me know (thinking small business / salons etc)

Much appreciated 🙋‍♀️🌸

Have a FANTASTIC Monday, Jess x

GIFT IDEA / STRONG TESTIMONIAL… 🎉

The good news for your mum is that if she comes on a @hiferetreats she won’t also have to do the washing up…

However I would say (dare I blow my own trumpet) it speaks volumes for how good our retreats are because despite having to lend a hand with jobs @wendylambert keeps coming back 🙋‍♀️😂

Tag your mums, share the gift, come together ❤️

Upcoming Retreats ~

🍃 May 19th - 22nd @grandatgrasmere
🍃 Nov 26th - 29th @tors_park
🍃 Jan 2nd - 5th @the_rowley_estates

Holla if you have any questions…

Oh gosh where to start…

Last June I booked a pre baby retreat for myself, I wanted the guest experience, I wanted to practice and I wanted to recharge 🧘‍♀️✨

On this retreat I reconnected with the wonderful @izzziejames (event & hostess queen).. we starting getting excited about the idea of a collaboration 🫶

@hiferetreats X @thesouthcoastconcierge

I don’t like to use the word “just” because I appreciate every retreat I have hosted so far, but ahead of us really getting into planning this event I naively thought it would be just another HIFE Retreat with Izzie and a few new faces. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Working with Izzie elevated everything and our Retreat at @avington.hampshire this weekend was really something special…

SUNSHINE
Workouts
Wild swimming
Laughter
Relaxation
Nourishing Food
Fantastic Company
Beautiful Surroundings

*excitedly this is just the beginning so stay tuned 💛

Photo credit goes to the incredibly talented @tonihoarephotography who joined us 📸

Special love to @libbyhorsley_ for cooking up a storm as per 🎉 @carvecoffeeroasters for keeping us fuelled ☕️ @wendylambert for helping in many ways ❤️ PLUS EVERY SINGLE GUEST who put there trust in us this weekend 🙏

More photos to follow because I just can’t get enough 🥹
