POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

As much as I would LOVE a few kid free hours to get things done… that just isn’t reality for most moms.

Sometimes our work time looks like:

Kids crying & screaming
Toys making the same obnoxious noise 10 MILLION times
Diaper changes
Toys everywhere
Whining.

Oh, the whining🫩

And honestly? It’s overstimulating. But we have to learn how to work with the cards we have right now instead of constantly waiting for the “perfect” time to move the needle.

Here’s how I operate in chaos 😅👇🏻

1. Find a way to get the gremlins off your ass

Even if it’s only for 10–20 minutes. They don’t need to be entertained by you they just need something that holds their attention long enough for you to focus on yours.

2. Make your list BEFORE your work time starts (major key).
Don’t waste the 30 minutes you finally got trying to figure out what you should do.

Know your priorities beforehand → sit down → get straight to work.

3. Remember who’s watching 🤍
Yes, we want to get stuff done

But we also need to remember to enjoy this season

They’re only going to be this little for such a short amount of time🥹 and I want my babies to see me working towards something, not just rotting on my phone all day

So yes, work when you can.
Make progress where you can.
Embrace the chaos

Share with a mom friend who’s days look like this ^
