@shimmeryburlesque is a dazzling production written and directed by Melbourne’s very own Holly Mouat. Drawing inspiration from her mother, Kerrie Schultz, the real Lady Shimmery and head costume designer, Shimmery Burlesque showcases a vibrant celebration of artistry and empowerment. It was sizzling!

This production stands as a testament to the strength of female empowerment, featuring a female writer, director, producer, and a female-led narrative. Shimmery Burlesque seamlessly blends the classic aesthetics of a showgirl-inspired performance with a powerful message of body positivity, diversity, and self-love, encouraging audiences to embrace their individuality.

A special thank you to @hellreizer and @mjwilkster for the invitation. It was wonderful to see everyone dressed up for the show.
