Meal prep has arrived..! Huge thank you to my sponsor and nutritionist @weprepuk. Fuelling me through this fight camp. Their stuff is amazing. Trust me I am one of the fussiest eaters, even the consistency of food can send me under. They have been so supportive already. Really know their stuff, and the support they provide throughout is second to none. Personal delivery so you really get to know them. Talked me through everything. Never been so excited to be in a fight camp. Anyone in the area is interested in meal prep or right camp nutrition. Get in touch honestly the service is amazing. Looking forward to shredding and building my baby biceps ready to land some big punches in December 👊🏾 #fightcamp #nutrition #sportnutrition #training #lean #musclefood #bareknuckle #femalefighter #fightforautism

Fantastic arm day and some shots from yesterday One thing I’ve learnt from this year is if you want to change you have to be 100% not 50% and keep consistent that’s where you make most progress and never listen to what people say and think about you that’s what I’ve learnt because your changing for yourself nobody else 🔥🔥🔥
