Crazy September in numbers. 📊

🏃‍♂️ 367 km
⛰️ 1,317 m elevation
💪 6 gym sessions
🧘‍♂️ 3 yoga sessions
🏃‍♂️ 6 community runs + 1 extra event
🏁 2 races — 1 PB & 1x 3rd place 🥉

September was a bit of everything — some really good moments, some tough ones, getting sick, and not having as much time as I would’ve liked. 😅

Still, I’m really happy with some of the performances I managed to put together, especially the PB. 🔥

I’m trying to fit a lot in at the moment, and honestly, it’s not always easy. I wish I had more time, but I’m working with what I’ve got. :)

And getting to see so many friends again in Copenhagen was definitely one of the highlights. ❤️🇩🇰

Grateful for this month. October will be a short one. 😅

The first week is almost over already — crazy how fast time flies. 🥹😅

Community Event : The Fastest Mile 🔥🏃‍♀️

What a cool community event! 10 Different teams of 5 runners, one goal: run 2K as fast as possible as a team and get the fastest average time! 💨

The treadmills unfortunately only went up to 14 km/h, so the challenge had to be reorganized a little — but that definitely didn’t make it less fun! Just meant a different strategy! 🤔

With so many fast runners, there was even a Grand Finale on the faster treadmill. And running at 20 km/h? Challenge accepted. 😮‍💨

Proudly representing my team — and the only woman in the final! @sammy_schneeberger @patricia_kirei Benji & Cameron ✨🚀
Run like a girl, baby! 💅🏻🐆

No proper warm-up, already hungry and the final was late… 😂 Still managed around 700m at 20 km/h! 💪🏻

We didn’t win, but we had SO much fun! 🫶🏻
Thanks everyone for an amazing evening! ❤️‍🔥
