Monday Muay Thai with coach @wes.parma . It’s so cool to see that martial arts is an individual sport when competing but by no means are you alone. You cannot reach any level of success without a team. Showing up for yourself is important, showing up for your team is equally important! #charlottenc #matthewsnc #southcharlotte #ballantynenc

A caminhada continua.

In the fire of training, we suffer together — and in that suffering, we become brothers and sisters in strength.”
