The woman; wrapped up in IT, moving with IT, manipulating IT, becoming IT. The IT; the unseen, the mundane, the miraculous, the devious. The miraculous; all that we see, all that we don’t, all that we will, all that we won’t. #freestyle musings of a very windy day, a stream of silk, and US @warre_dries @warredries.photo

Scrolled through Camilla’s camera roll to bump into these shattered memories and the clothes I lost along the way. Thankfully we have our phones to remind us of what’s gone, though these times will stay in my heart forever ♥️♥️

My heart loves all ends, and is just happy to be here.
My eyes scream to see every day and I let them move and play however they choose.
My fingertips always find ease as they know what meets them is true-
My world becomes a sweet river of Honey.
Not because of circumstance,
But because I let it.
Because I carve the river myself,
And because I simply,
do nothing at all.

Because at the same time,
I stand in the mud and I wait.
I wait for the river to be carved and I watch the honey pour.

And I wonder how it is all happening-

Until my fingertips come along,
And talk to me about trust
Until my heart comes along and makes me drink the honey until I’m sick with love, with life, with liberation.
Until my eyes come along and take me deeper.
They show me more, and they show me too much.
They show me again, and again, and again.
And they continue to show me, until the honey evaporates- the river closes up and im stood back in the mud.

They show me how even when the river drys and the nectar is no longer,
The taste will always linger
And
When it does leave me-
We will pour,
again.

My September Recap ☀️🍁

1️⃣ ✨ LED show to the soundtrack of Amélie for a 60th birthday celebration.

2️⃣ 💛 Reunited with our wonderful friends we met during the cherry harvest in New Zealand – luckily they live only a few hours away! @jule_aretz

3️⃣ ♥️ Celebrating our anniversary the way we love — outdoors, under the stars. Oles car, „the Big Dipper“, under the Big Dipper. 🌌

4️⃣ 📇Yeah, I finally have my own business card!
Thanks to @warredries.photo for the photo 😘

5️⃣ 🌿 Back in Nature Even after coming back, Ole and I try to spend as much time as possible in nature. That’s where we find peace.

6️⃣ 🎪 My first street performance in my hometown, which was very spontaneously — and a very cute guest watched from above!

7️⃣ 📚Off to Class! Time for my new Hoop dance beginner course!

8️⃣ 💫 My regular hoop dance course is back again — and it feels so good!

9️⃣ 🌼 Hosted a flea market in my garden!

🔟 Student Life Begins
🎓 Believe it or not — you can call me a student now! @hoopschrauberei

1️⃣1️⃣📬My flyers are here! Exciting times — I really hope the time and money was worth it…

1️⃣2️⃣ Tutorial Production
🎥 Still working on my tutorials behind the scenes. Not the most professional setup, but doing my best!

1️⃣3️⃣ The only time you’ll see me playing with a toy hoop is when it’s the only hoop available 😂 ✨ Honestly, even though Instagram often looks all shiny and happy — September wasn’t easy for me.
Coming back after such a long journey has been more emotional than I expected.
These month were not easy — full of changes, quiet reflections, and moments where everything felt unfamiliar again.
Some days were heavy, but step by step, I’m finding my rhythm. It wasn’t all hard — there were many beautiful, grounding moments too. Roots are growing again, slowly but surely.
It’s not all light yet, but the peace is returning — quietly, gently, and in its own time. 🌾 What was your September like? Tell me in the comments please ♥️ @yaenniverfromtheblock

I think about awe often. In a nostalgic manner, as I remember the day I met awe in a way I had never before. In the way we learn and unlearn everything in life, I re met awe as a state of being. Something within my deep power, my birth right, to CHOOSE. An absolute state of awe. To witness not only the mighty- but the minute of the world as euphoric, ecstatic- to cheer for everyone in the ensemble, and throw flowers into the crowd. Because to rid your life of awe is a sacrifice of ease. It’s holding the flowers, and unable to let go, watching them wither. Rather, we can turn our lights on to the roots of awe- the understanding that she begs to be felt in everything, to be seen and witnessed in the soils of all. We can listen as she begs us to look. Until she stops begging, and we realise we are no longer withering but slowly blooming, too. These days, she seems of an old friend I may never see again. For she has melted into existence, and I have melted into her.

As I lay with Mother Earth. I remember, I am held, I am home, I am whole.🫀🌻

I notice the shift in me since I connected deeper to nature.
I notice how held I feel since I surrendered.
I notice how grounded I am when indecision fills the air.
I trust that whatever I choose,
Wherever I am going,
It will just be.

A Beautiful moment @warre_dries captured at @in2wildfestival 📸🌳

I had an amazing time last weekend photographing for @the.wayofplay at @in2wildfestival in England.
Went to visit my brother @benji.roots on home soil and saw the beauty of a community he built there. An amazing mixture of sacredness and sillyness, bringing out the inner child of all of us. Young and old. I came back super inspired to continue the search within. 🌚🌝
