Yesterday, I had the privilege of participating in an open forum with members of our senior leadership team at @statefarm . The discussion centered on understanding what matters most to our customers and how we, as a company, are working to fulfill our existing commitments while finding new ways to deliver the Good Neighbor promise. I’m proud to be part of an organization that listens & prioritizes the needs of every customer we serve.

In an industry shaped by rapid change and economic uncertainty, one constant always remains: State Farm is—and will continue to be—a company that truly cares. As one of the only mutually owned insurance companies in existence, we are owned by our policyholders, and our responsibility to them will always come first.

In my journey to agency I spent a lot of time researching the core values of the company to ensure that they aligned with my personal mission. Yesterday was just another testament to the fact that I know I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be… & that’s right here at the Farm!
