Old School?

The Mikan Drill is all about footwork, touch, and finishing through repetition. One rep at a time, one bucket at a time.

Do people still practice this fundamental drill? We do….

🏆 ARIZONA PHENOMS 2031 — 15U GOLD CHAMPIONS 🏆

Arizona Phenoms 2031 accepted the challenge, played up in the 15U Gold Division, and came away as Rumble in the Desert Champions at the Hoopers Only Tournament! 🔥🏀

This championship was a complete TEAM effort. Proud of the way our players competed, stayed together, and embraced the challenge against older competition.

The work doesn’t stop here. We still have a lot of work ahead of us as we prepare for this year’s AAU circuits and national competition. Back to the lab! 💯

💥 CONTACT. CONTROL. FINISH.

Coach JR putting the Swysh Den Wolfpack through a drill designed to simulate real-game contact using a yoga ball 🏀💪

Because it’s not always about avoiding contact—it’s about staying balanced, keeping control, and finishing through it. 🐺🔥

Empty walls. Full potential. We built this because these kids deserved better! 💪

This is what believing in something before anyone else could see it looks like.

We started with four walls and a vision — to build a place where young athletes could come to develop, grow, and become the best versions of themselves.

Now look at it. 👀

We’re just getting started. 💪

Most athletes aren’t slow because of effort.

They’re slow because they’ve never been taught how to sprint efficiently.

At Speed School, we focus on sprint mechanics, acceleration, strength, and movement so athletes can become faster and more explosive.
