There are people choosing careers right now who would love Dental Technology… they just don’t know it exists yet 🥹

When I first started, I thought I had a pretty clear picture of what my future would look like.

👉🏼 A dusty bench.
👉🏼 A bunsen burner.
👉🏼 Hands-on craftsmanship.

And that work still matters deeply. It’s the backbone of this profession, and the skill behind it deserves far more recognition than it gets.

But it’s also not the full picture anymore.

It can feel traditional.
Old school.
Behind the scenes.
Maybe even a little misunderstood.

And it’s definitely not the only version of this career 😎

What I didn’t realise was just how many directions dental technology can take you.

Across this profession, a technician’s week might involve:

✨ Making crowns and bridges
✨ Designing teeth on CAD software
✨ Using wax to carve dentures
✨ Treatment planning with dentists
✨ Designing the components of metal partial dentures
✨ Making orthodontic appliances
✨ Teaching other professionals
✨ Jaw surgery planning
✨ Creating appliances for cleft palate cases
✨ Fabricating prosthetic fingers, eyes and ears
✨ Implant planning and surgical guide design
✨ Supporting forensic odontology through dental records
✨ Making anti-snoring devices and sports mouthguards
✨ Research and speaking at events
✨ Leadership roles
✨ Building businesses
✨ Creating communities

And that list doesn’t cover everything.

There are people out there right now searching for a career where they can be creative, work with their hands, use technology, help people, and build a life they enjoy…

And this could be it 🦷

Exciting News!! 🔥 Force Decks have landed at our gym! 🚀

We’re now using force decks to get objective data on how you move and perform. They allow us to measure force, power, jump height, balance, left–right asymmetries and much more in real time.

What this means for you:
✔️ Smarter programming
✔️ Track progress (not guess it)
✔️ Identify imbalances early
✔️ Improve performance and reduce injury risk

Whether you’re training for performance, returning from injury, or just want to move better—this gives us the data to train you properly.

This will be utilised in our ELITE MEMBERSHIP tier. If you haven’t already, let us know you’re keen to upgrade. We will be in touch with all those who have upgraded over the next week to get started! 🙌🏼

What a year! A massive THANK YOU to each and every one of you who showed up, trained hard, supported us and kept the dream alive in 2025. This has been a huge year for us and we had our fair share of challenges but because of you all WE MADE IT! 🫶🏽

Santa dropped by to ring the bell last night! 🔔 He’ll be back in a couple weeks for our Christmas party!

Another week of gains 🔥

New Block Alert 🔥Max Strength! 💪🏽
Starting tomorrow, we are going back to the ‘Big 3’ for the next 5 weeks. This means we will be focusing on getting our Deadlift, Squat, and Bench Press as strong as possible leading into testing in week 5.
After coming off a high volume block where we really nailed technique, we expect we will see the PB Bell rung by quite a few of you this block 🥳
The weekly structure for this block will be:
Monday - Lower
Tuesday - Upper
Wednesday - Mobility & Conditioning
Thursday - Lower
Friday - Upper
Rest up, we’ve got Deadlifts tomorrow 😎
