Happy Sunday!!! 💛☀️

✨ Affirmation of the week: Concentrate on what does work. ✨

Of course, feel the feels. Acknowledge them, sit with them and give yourself permission to have those days when things feel a little harder. 🧡

But amongst all of that, try to shift your focus to what is working for you.

💛 Is your daily routine supporting you?
💛 Are your workouts making you feel good, both physically and mentally?
💛 Are your relationships bringing you joy and lifting you up?
💛 Are you making time for the things that fill your cup?

Sometimes we get so caught up in what isn’t working, what we need to change or what we think we should be doing that we forget to appreciate the things that are already serving us well.

It’s not about ignoring the hard stuff or pretending everything is perfect. It’s about finding a little balance and recognising that even when some things feel out of place, there are still things that are good. ✨

So, this week, I want you to think about what serves you, what doesn’t, and where you might need to make a little shift.

You don’t always need to do more, change everything or start from scratch. Sometimes, you just need to give a little more attention to what’s already working. 🌿

A little food for thought as we head into a new week. 💛

Here’s what made me smile this week -
