Taking three kids to an art museum… usually a risk, but this one was a win! 🎨✨

We checked out the new interactive exhibit at M+ Museum. Honestly, it’s surprisingly small, but it completely delivered. Everything is hands-on, interactive, and filled with fun design games inspired by everyday Hong Kong life. 🇭🇰

Best of all? Heavy-duty AC to escape this intense HK summer heat. ☀️🧊

📍 M+ Museum, West Kowloon
💡 Tip: Perfect short-and-sweet indoor activity when it’s way too hot to play outside!

Save this for your next family weekend! 👇

Netflix is good but imagine sitting here for hours next to your partner looking at the view at 7 PM, when the entire world turns into this exact shade of electric blue? 🌊💙

No spoilers, no pause buttons—just the rhythm of the water and the warmth of your partner sitting right beside you. This is our version of a 10/10 date.💙🧿🌃

West Kowloon Performing Arts Cabaret Festival at Xiqu Centre ✨

I arrived early and was welcomed by the incredible a cappella group VOB— pure harmonies echoing through the stunning space. Sitting right in the middle of the atrium, just soaking in the atmosphere, was already a moment.

Then came the main act: Skank Sinatra— an absolutely fabulous drag performance that was bold, hilarious, and electric from start to finish. 💄✨

Afterwards, we headed up for Dancefloor After Dark… where flamenco dancing by Eventopia was on the menu. Let’s just say I happily watched in awe — it’s way harder than it looks. 💃🔥

Such a fun, vibrant night celebrating cabaret in all its forms.

Thanks @westkperformingarts & @timeouthk for the tickets & of course @soundscapehongkong

📍Ma Wan Island 🏝️

Woof 🐶 Today was a BIG adventure—like, the kind that deserves a fresh chew afterward.

To get to Ma Wan Island, Mommy and I had to do the Two-Boat Mission. The first boat was called West Quay, and it took us to Central Pier. We took the West Quay from @westkowloon .. Only 8 minutes boat ride! That’s barely enough time to find the best window seat and practice my “I’m extremely civilised” face.

Then came the Second Phase: the walking part (which I love). My hooman took me from Central Pier all the way to Ma Wan Pier —a whole 20 minutes. Twenty minutes of walking is a lot when your legs are mostly for sprinting at squirrels, but I tried my best. I kept my tail high and pretended my tiny steps were totally strategic.

And guess what? When we finally got there… BOOM—Ma Wan Island was amazing. I met so many dog friends! Some were friendly barkers, some were suspicious sniffers, and one looked at me like, “You trying to steal my stick?” We bonded instantly, obviously.

Also, there were colourful buildings everywhere—like the island was wearing a rainbow sweater just for us. I would’ve stared longer, but I got distracted by important dog business, like sniffing things that definitely looked interesting.

Oh, and I wanted to visit Noah’s Ark—because obviously, I have questions. Like: Were my doggie friends in the ark too? How did Noah clean the animal poop? But apparently I’m not allowed yet 🥺

Still, it was totally worth it. I came back tired, happy, and fully convinced that Ma Wan Island 🏝️ remains very close to my tiny heart.

A dream! Performing in The Oudh quatrain! An original musical play by @teacupphk produced in collaboration with the CG of India in Hong Kong to celebrate India's 75th independence year (Azadi ka Amrit Mohotsav). Staged in grand Parsi theatre style it was a massive production of over 150 stage artists from Hong Kong and India.

So so so happy to have played "Hazrat Mahal" the major leader of the First Indian War of Independence in 1857.

What a grand show it was.

Immensely thankful to Dr. Priyanka Jain, @indiainchina @cgihongkong @salmanzamanmusic and the entire cast and crew! No words can ever describe the feeling of playing this role 🥲 to a full house at #xiqucentre @westkowloon !
Thanks @iamjimmybhat for these stunning pictures!

Our fun afternoon @hongkongpalacemuseum checking out the Ancient Egypt Unveiled: Treasures from Egyptian Museums!

We went on a Saturday afternoon! Expect some lines! But worth it to see! Hayden was a bit scared but Kylie loved it! She’s really fascinated by all the stories.

We also enjoyed our walk on the promenade afterwards!

The last two pics show the pricing of the exhibit.

Trying to explore more things to do in HK over the weekends! Let me know what you guys like to do?

Hong Kong called and I answered 😌🎨🖼️ From the electric energy of Art Basel to discovering hidden gems at Art Central, every corner sparked something new ✨ As an artist, this city feels like a living mood board, where iconic names meet fresh talent, and inspiration is literally everywhere.

I also visited my fave art spots like the contemporary and ever-evolving M+ Museum to the timeless grandeur of the Hong Kong Palace Museum, it’s a journey through past, present, and future all in one place. Hong Kong, I’m already dreaming up my next visit. 🎨 @DiscoverHongKong #DiscoverHongKong #ArtBaselHongKong

Hong Kong just crowned the future of art. 👑✨

The Digital Art Awards 2026 brought together the most boundary‑pushing creators in AI, generative art, and immersive media at Phillips’ Asia HQ during Art Week.

Let’s move to M+: Welcome to Asia’s global museum of contemporary visual culture in Hong Kong. It is so impressive. We have to go there, cause we are artists. We enjoyed our time there at westK and hopefully will be back again.
