Gonna miss these boys a lot. They were more than my friends they were my brothers, family. I know this isn’t goodbye it’s just see you in a bit, but it hurts to not have any random, “hey you tryin to hangout?” days. But I know that college will be super fun and I’m glad I have the opportunity for this experience. Whatever you guys plan on doing after summer I hope you succeed in that. Love you boys thanks for the best summer imaginable 🫶🏼

Thank you Lake Stevens Cross Country…

Cross Country was never a sport I excelled at, but the people, community, coaches, events, and even the runs was something that made me stay all the way till senior year. I started sophomore year, so kinda late, but I’m so glad I kept doing it. Cross Country helped me in lots of ways. It helped me become a way better athlete and better lacrosse player, and it also helped me develop a better character. If someone asked me if they should do cross country, I would 100% say yes, even if you’re not the fastest, there is many ways to contribute to the team. They all make you feel very welcome no matter who you are, which is something insanely cool about this sport. The memories and friendships I made along the way are something I’ll never forget, so thank you Lake Stevens XC. Now onto Lacrosse… 🫶🏼
