❤️ WHO ARE YOU RUNNING FOR? Sometimes, the greatest gift we can give someone is a reminder that they are not alone. ❤️ This year, make your miles mean even more with our MEDAL OF HOPE. 🏅 Dedicate your run to someone who needs love, strength, or encouragement. After crossing the finish line, give them the medal and say: ❤️ “This one is for you.” Because sometimes, the most meaningful medal isn’t the one you keep… it’s the one you give away. 🥹❤️ 🏃‍♂️ 1K • 5K • 10K 📅 October 25 👉 www.loveinactionrun.com Run for someone. Run with purpose. Spread hope. #MedalOfHope #IRunForYou #LoveInActionRun #RunWithPurpose #StepsOfHope

Running has given me so much. 🏃🏽‍♀️❤️ It has taught me discipline, resilience, patience, and the power of simply continuing to show up — even on the days when it’s hard. And one of my favorite things about this sport is when we get the opportunity to use those miles for something bigger than ourselves. On October 25th, I’m helping spread the word about the Love in Action 5K & 10K in Davie, benefiting Carmela’s Heart Foundation . 🩷 Whether you’re chasing a PR, running your first 5K, walking with friends, or simply showing up to support an incredible cause — your miles can make a difference. 📍 Vista View Park, Davie 📅 October 25, 2026 🏃‍♀️ 5K + 10K Who’s coming to run with us? @carmelasheart @loveinactionrun

LOVE IN ACTION WALK RUN 🏃🏻 1K, 5K & 10K 🗓 October 25 | 7:30 AM 📍 Vista View Park | Davie, FL 5K VIRTUAL 🗓 Sign up before October 23rd 🏃🏻 Run it on the day and at the place of your choice! 🎟️ Register today @ loveinactionrun.com — link in bio • This year, we’re introducing a NEW CATEGORY for participants with disabilities at Love in Action! 💖 And we want to celebrate it in a very special way. Those who face greater challenges often know what it means to need the support of others—but also how much they have to give. There is something powerful about recognizing ourselves as a gift—valuable, capable, and able to make a difference in someone else’s life, even when our own journey isn’t easy. Today, we celebrate those who have chosen to train, show up, and put their steps in service of others. Because our own challenges can become strength, inspiration, and hope for someone else. We all have something to give. ❤️ @comicsario_uwu and @ikealvarez, thank you for inspiring us and for putting your steps in service of others. ❤️ See you at the finish line!
