Strength is coming back. Confidence is coming back. Progress is real. After surgery and months of rehab, he tried to return to sport and it just didn’t go well. A lot of pain, a lot of frustration. Since starting with us, things have been trending in the right direction 📈 He was surprisingly weak bilaterally but we’ve focused on building strength the right way and progressing him step by step. His numbers are improving, pain is down, and he’s back to jumping. Now we’re trying to minimize the asymmetry between legs. Running and cutting coming soon. This is what it looks like when you actually address the problem. #BridgePTP #KneeRehab #PatellarTendonitis #ReturnToSport #basketballtraining

Out of focus pic to say THANK YOU to those where the focus belongs. Thank you for your trust, your hard work, and all of your support this summer. With a lot going on off the court, it meant more than you know . . Can only tag a fraction of you, but to all of my players, private/group clients, clinic participants, and all of their parents alike…thank you for a great summer! The days aren’t always easy, but when you love what you do there are NO BAD DAYS #iciw #brewerbball #nobaddays #basketball
