💖 There’s something powerful about a Saturday that pours back into you 🤍

We started with movement - a workout to wake up our bodies and remind us we’re strong.

Then slowed it all the way down with journaling, meditation, breathing deeper, getting quiet enough to actually hear ourselves again.

Hot sauna → cold plunge into the Puget Sound (yes, it’s as invigorating as it sounds 🥶✨) resetting our nervous systems, boosting energy, and building resilience from the inside out.

And we wrapped it with what every woman truly needs more of connection, laughter, and nourishing food shared with dear friends.

This is your reminder - self-care isn’t selfish, it’s how we stay grounded, energized, and fully alive for the life we’re building.

What would your dream self-care Saturday look like? 💫

🎳 Striking Up Some Fun! 🎳

The Thompson Seattle Engineering team took a break from keeping the hotel running smoothly to hit the lanes at West Seattle Bowling! Great vibes, friendly competition, and plenty of strikes (and a few gutter balls) made for an epic team outing.

Here’s to teamwork—on and off the job! 🏆🎯
