Work, food, movement, and community in West Midtown, Atlanta.
A neighborhood destination for weekdays, weekends, and everything in between.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This is our third year of having a small ofrenda at the shop. It is always an emotional and rewarding feeling putting this together. This year makes it extra special as we are hosting our first Dia De Muertos Experience 🕯️

This will be a little different from our usual tastings. Throughout the night we will share a carefully selected series of agave spirits, the stories behind them, and why these particular bottles are important to us.

There are no right answers and no tasting notes you need to find. We simply ask that you slow down, be present, and see where each glass takes you.

The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail, include a substantial food break, and finish with café de olla and pan de muerto. Guests are also welcome to bring a photograph of someone important to them to place on our communal altar for the evening. Sharing is always welcome, but never expected.

Experience why this tradition is so special to us and our family and now we hope to you. Let’s break bread, listen to stories and fall more deeply in love with the spirits 🥂

Wow!!!! We just got the news that our shop is a finalist for 2026 Retailer Of The Year by @vinepair 🎉🥂

We are not only representing Atlanta, but also all the brands we proudly carry on our shelves, the stories we continue to tell and the producers faces we share. Bringing Mexican spirits & Mexican wine to the forefront is what we do best and we wouldn’t want it any other way.

With all of your support we continue to celebrate the traditions, culture and heritage of the brands we carry. Thank you for being part of Ancestral, this is for ALL OF US 🇲🇽🥂✨
