Help is needed with snacks, attendance, and keeping students occupied until their after-school activities begin.
All volunteers must have the required clearances.

Throughout the summer and early fall I will be teaching a free Hatha Yoga class at the West View Hubworks performance space. We will start right at 9am and it should be 60-75 minutes.

Expect longer holds, a lot of options, and to jam out to some rock music. This is not your typical Vinyasa class.

No experience needed. If you can breath, you can do this class.

Blocks and straps provided and I bring a few extra mats each week.
