I did not make this record alone.

As an indie artist, HeART Museum was brought to life through the artistry of 17 incredible instrumentalists, each bringing their own musicianship, perspective, and sound into the music.

From keyboards, guitar, bass, and percussion to horns, strings, harp, and woodwinds, these musicians gave the album its movement, texture, color, and soul.
I made this record with live instruments because soul lives in fellowship, not isolation. Every player brought something I could not have created alone.
Today, I’m celebrating the musicians who helped bring HeART Museum to life and whose playing can be heard throughout the record.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll continue spotlighting the musicians, vocalists, engineers, creatives, and collaborators behind this album.

This season, I am honored to share HeART Museum, my debut album and the first eight songs I ever wrote, produced, and arranged.

I began writing, producing, and arranging in 2022. Making this album taught me something I needed to learn about myself: I was never meant to fit squarely into one space. I was meant to bring different parts of myself together and create from that place, in my own voice.

HeART Museum is also a thank you.

To God.
To my mother.
To the people who poured into me.
To the people who encouraged me when I could not see the light for myself.

This album is where I began to understand who I am as an artist. Every song is a piece of my life, on display in the museum.

Over three years, while completing my Master of Music in Vocal Performance at Georgia State University, more than 40 musicians, vocalists, engineers, creatives, and collaborators helped bring this album to life.

I wrote it. I produced it. But I could not have brought it into the world alone.

Wow.
