When in doubt, a fish pic! 🐟

Happy Birthday my love 🌌🪽🦊🌕💗 @wetflyfish I hope you're out there somewhere figuring out how to catch a tricky fish. One might think that in heaven you'd get to catch all the biggest fish easily, but I know you'd much rather be solving problems using your big brain and your ingenuity.

This really forking 🍴 sucks, not having you with us, but you gave us so much of yourself while you were here. So we'll be down here using our brains, figuring things out, and finding a little ingenuity of our own trying to catch a fish.

Love you ❤️

I I couldn’t believe I hooked into another sucker in this clear, fast moving water. It wasn’t the fish I was hoping for, but Tor was stoked. I set him down on a flat rock so he could have a closer look and I could teach him a lesson about perdigons and how the only thing they catch are sucker fish because they are a soulless fly and I should stop trying to fish them…

He taught me a few lessons instead.

Got me a Wet Fly fly fishing rod and caught me a fish! A year ago, heck just 6 months ago, you wouldn’t catch me with a fishing rod in my hand, because I truly THOUGHT I didn’t like fishing! After our honey moon, and experiencing fly fishing for the first time, I thought I’d give it a try! Turns out…it’s something I truly enjoy(and it just gives us one more thing to do in the mountains)! I’m so excited to see where this fly fishing thing takes me or where I take it! So thankful to have a husband who has opened my eyes to the outdoors, and who pushes me to try new things! Forever grateful! #WomenInFlyFishing#WetFly#Idaho#flyfishidaho

Aboard the Sturgeon Safari, Scallywags! 🏴‍☠️
A @saludabeads barbless hook is the answer for ethically fishing for these beasts. Strong, sharp, easy release.
Take care of the fish, or ye walk the plank!
