I’m James a photographer and I want to use my photography to help spread a message on Men’s mental health. I’m doing a mental health silence photo challenge project and my goal is to get 800 faces I believe photography is a great to spread a message.
To participate just take a photo with duct tape over your mouth with a mental health word written on it and send me a photo through the dms and I’ll add you to the collages and I’ll post the collages by end of summer Let’s spread awareness and keep speaking up for mental health we are all in this together. 💚

Hi everyone and we reached 760 participates for my mental health silence photo challenge my goal was to create a project to spread a message for mental health I believe a photo can speak a thousand words and mental health is important issue that needs to be talked about and a lot of people suffer in silence and don’t speak out so that’s why I created this photo challenge to let others know they are not alone and thank you my brothers for being a part of this project and next goal is to get 800 faces I can’t wait to keep this going and add more faces. Also I’m going to tagged some people and advocates to see if they would like to participate in my project let me know if you would be interested to participate and let’s keep spreading awareness on mental health 💚💚💚

💚Thursday, ♍️Sept. 2️⃣1️⃣, 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ at 6️⃣:1️⃣1️⃣PM

👧🏻I had an 🫁asthma 😮‍💨🥊attack, ♥️🤍👩🏻‍🏫professor📲 called the🚑 ambulance (9️⃣1️⃣1️⃣)

♓️Feb: 📸 Screenshot of ♥️🤍🎓undergrad 📲💬texts of a friend with the same name (FATIMA) who 🗣️gossiped to who 👧🏻 I assume were our friends. But they assume this 💚🎗️TBI is fake & using my 👻🌻♿️🌈 disability for 👀attention, and as a excuse for every single problem. She said, “Listen Cel Fatima I don’t use my ♿️🌈 disability to make people uncomfortable like you.”

👧🏻They helped me during my 🫁asthma 😮‍💨attack 🥊 but ignored & isolated me now 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣. 👧🏻I 🤷🏻‍♀️thought they would still want to be ♥️🤍 friends with me even with 🧠brain 🤯🤕injury

👧🏻I 🤲🏻 reached out for social support & 🌈friendship during 🏥health 🚨🚑🚔crisis & got ignored & lost a lot of people. That sent me 💤😴 comatose.

😭Only wanted to share my 🌎life 📖 story & inspire ✝️hope, ❌not 🥊attack anyone but everyone took it PERSONALLY. That physically 🥺😭hurts my 💔broken 🫀 disease 🦠 heart 💜.

🆔🤷🏻‍♀️ What is a CONCUSSION ⁉️

Back in my ♒️🤰🏻🎂birth 🗓️month (♓️towards the end)
🧠🤕💥📢 I tried to spread brain injury awareness
♿🌻📢 + disability awareness
📖💛✨🫂 I used my personal life story to inspire other people
🙏🏼💙✨ to not give up hope on social media
🧠⚡🤯🐢📉😣 while my neurological symptoms slowly started to get worse
🧠💥 While I was posting, I was dealing with a💚🎗️TBI = damage to the 🧠brain from a 🥊hit or jolt

😵 I had a mild 💚🎗️TBI with loss of consciousness = I was 🥊knocked out for a bit
😴💭 I was also in a coma = deep unconscious state where I couldn’t wake up, &🤔💭 I was thinking about my 🤷🏻‍♀️friends the whole time (🆔🤷🏻‍♀️ NOW WHO TO TRUST FOR 🌈🏳️‍🌈 FRIENDSHIPS ANYMORE🫀🦠💔🥺😭)

Happy National 🌈🏳️‍🌈💘 LOVE UR 💞💙🩵BESTIES DAY‼️

👧🏻I am a ♒️. I like the color light 💜. Also 🖤 cause my 🧬👩🏻 said u could never go wrong with 🖤 cause 🖤 goes with everything. Also 🌈🏳️‍🌈= 🌈 DREAM STREET for CHILDREN & YOUNG ADULTS with 👻🌻♿️CHRONIC ILLNESS & LIFE THREATENING ILLNESSES & being/called “Ok lil miss fashionista by everyone before 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣. 💚🎗️=💥🤯 Traumatic 🧠 Brain 🤕Injury.

🧬👩🏻 said that ✝️ FAITH is a nickname for🕊️ FATIMA. My ❌🌈 friend said, “I changed my name because we have the same name & I have a woe me mindset cause I only think about my 👻🌻♿️🌈disabilities & no one else’s. I have a victim mentality she said last yr in March of 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣. We were classmates in undergrad in 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣3️⃣. She gossiped about me to who I thought were our friends 🫀🦠💔🥺😭.” 👧🏻I kept saying I was being misunderstood & people got so offended. Then at the end of my ♓️ 🤰🏻🗓️ my college 💔🤍classmates/fake friends called the 🚔🚨 cops on me cause they thought 👧🏻I was going 🤪 crazy which 💔broke me & sent me into a = 😴💤 coma once I got to the 🏥 & put on suicide watch cause I use the song “A Ballod of A Homeschooled Girl” for being homeschooled every time I have a 🏥 medical crisis & lose friends which always 🫀🦠💔🥺😭😭.

✝️FAITH is for my 🙏🏼religion & she said I’m not read what ever ur texting. She’s not religious or celebrate any holidays. I said since we have similar trauma I think we should only be friends online & text each other time to time & wish each other holidays.

She’s like 🛑stop responding with emojis & reactions & actually read what I’m typing CEL FATIMA. Everytime I go on 📲👩🏻‍💻social media I see u typing essays. People from my 🌎 past assumed I’m faking a 🧠brain injury, 🤏🏼 short term 🧠 MEMORY 🪦 LOSS 🧩 for 👀attention & 💐sympathy. I mentioned that 👧🏻I use🤖AI to help me create 📲👩🏻‍💻💬 & use emojis for 👀visuals.
