Strength doesn’t have one look. Neither does progress.
At Train Unique, we provide adaptive fitness for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism. We work with families throughout California, including families using Regional Center services and the Self-Determination Program.
Every athlete brings different abilities, goals, and ways of moving. Our job is to coach the athlete in front of us and give them room to grow.
Different movements. Same standard of respect.
