Those of us who have had the privilege of having a boxer to be a part of our lives know they are nothing but a burst of joy. I loved creating this portrait of Harlow because it brought me sweet memories of our childhood dog, Shine. I even sent a pic to my brother when I finished. Thank you Nancy for asking us to paint her for @wetseed_wild #707mercerdesigns #dogportrait #watercolorportrait

Just Sold! 🏡 When my clients mentioned a price they’d be thrilled with, I saw an opportunity to take it to the next level. While many agents might have settled for that initial number, but I knew we could push for more. By strategically enhancing the property’s appeal to showcase it at its best, and pricing it perfectly based on the current market, we secured multiple offers, one of which was All-Cash that came in $28,000 above their target — in just one day on the market! 💥

If you’re looking for a Realtor who sees the full potential of your property and goes the extra mile to maximize your return, I’m here to make it happen 💰

After having recovered from partying too hard on a school night, I can officially state that @korn_official still puts on one hell of a show! 🤘🏼

Now, I’m off to continuously sip on my Liquid IV and ice my knees. 👵🏼

Missy Elliott’s—Out Of This World Tour is easily in my top 5 shows of all time! Such an epic lineup, set list, and performances by Busta, Timbaland, Ciara, AND a surprise drop in from Trina! 🤩

Teenage me was definitely eating it all up! 💃🏻✨
