The best investment I ever made?
Not a property. Not a course.

A mentor.

Working with a mentor has completely changed how I approach business, life, and myself.

I've learned to:
• Make business decisions with clarity and strategy, not just instinct
• Set and achieve goals while staying aligned with my values
• Take calculated risks that pay off, instead of fearing the unknown
• Navigate the unexpected, wins and setbacks alike, without losing confidence
• Handle the highs and lows of property development with resilience and perspective

Mentorship isn't just about learning skills. It's about expanding your mindset, seeing possibilities where you once saw obstacles, and trusting that challenges are part of the journey.

I'm forever grateful for this guidance. It's hands down the best investment I've ever made, and it continues to shape how I build my business, my life, and the homes I create.

I've also made a great friend along the way! @____beespace

Do you have a mentor or someone guiding your journey? How have they changed the way you think?

THAT’S A WRAP. 🎬

____ Last week we had our final Elevate to Eight session in London.

Twelve months of showing up, doing the work, and being really honest with each other – and just like that, it’s all over.

We asked everyone to share three words for how the year had felt, and three words for how they wanted the next 12 months to look.

What came back was so honest and revolved around one idea: simplification.

These business owners/property developers have been through it this year – but they’ve come out the other side sharper, clearer, and more certain about what they actually want from life.

When I look back at this programme, the sessions, the socials, the time we spent together, I’m just really proud of this group.

To every single person that showed up, shared, supported, and trusted the process – thank you, genuinely. ❤️‍🔥

And to my co-host @saamlowni, it’s been an absolute pleasure doing business with you this past year. Thanks for doing this with me.

E8, you were a good one and I will definitely miss you guys 🖤✌🏼

__ Sometimes all you need is a change of scenery. 📍

We took the E8 Mastermind crew on tour to Liverpool this month, where we stayed at the beautiful Hope Street Hotel thanks to my lovely friend and previous client Zoe @sunday_living__ 🖤

The focus this time was on hotels and the realities of running this type of operation – something that always comes up with the group.

We kicked off with a cheeky spa sesh with some of the girls (the best way to start 💆🏻‍♀️), followed by a wonderful social dinner where we were joined by Liverpudlians @skaushaus and @ellen.mcdonald__

Then a full day of mastermind in a beautiful space at @hopestreethtl

It’s a challenging landscape at the moment, but having the right people around you and a clear plan makes all the difference.

Grateful for this crew (and the extra faces who joined us this time) and these conversations. 🙌🏼

___ Hands down this weeks Mastermind session was my favourite one I’ve ever co-hosted 🤝

To every person in this picture thank you for showing up, being honest and open with where you’re at! It’s not always sunshine and unicorns and that is definitely harder news to share and work through.

Business is challenging at the moment and property is the hardest I’ve known it in 10 years.

It’s fair to say we all took a huge comfort in knowing we are not alone attempting to navigate through it all ❤️‍🔥

To the Elevate to Eight Mastermind crew + guests BIG love and respect to each of you ✌🏻
