What a way to wrap up Regionals

Bradley Cooper & Eleni are officially the USDF Region 7 Grand Prix Open Champions.

After a quiet summer, just 10 rides back together, and Eleni only 5 weeks postpartum… our big red dinosaur showed up and proved why we believe in him. We’re equal parts proud and completely in awe of him.

Huge thank you to our coach @marcusfyffedressage for the guidance, belief, and steady hand through it all.

Thank you @maddie.fink_ and @calibellafornia for not only taking the best care of Bradley — keeping him happy and beautifully turned out — but also looking after the newest member of the family with so much care.

And to the entire village of people and sponsors who make moments like this possible — we couldn’t do any of it without you.

Feeling pretty lucky over here. 🧡🦄

Last weekend, Phil accomplished one of the biggest achievements of his career: he’s officially a Grand Prix horse. I’m still pinching myself.

Like any horse, the road to GP is never straight—it’s more like an intense roller coaster where derailment feels possible at every turn lol. For the longest time, I didn’t think Phil would make it this far. His body often held him back, and I was completely at peace with that. What changed everything was accepting him exactly as he is, not as a future GP horse. Instead of pushing past his limits, I showed him ways to work with his body and movement. That shift in perspective lit a fire in him—he wanted to keep learning and growing. My number-one priority for Phil (and all my horses) has always been happiness. If FEI life ever stopped suiting him, I’d happily find him a new job. But here we are.

None of this would’ve happened without the incredible team behind us. It truly takes a village, and I’m writing this post because of them.

@wfassari —thank you for your endless support, for believing in me even when I don’t, and for pushing me past my comfort zone in the best way possible. You always encourage me to be better, and I’m so grateful for that.

@marcusfyffedressage —thank you for your coaching, for transforming my riding, and for reshaping how I develop horses.

To my sponsors, vets, farrier, and bodyworkers—Phil is happy, healthy, and a Grand Prix horse because of you.

Thank you all. ❣️✨
