This evening we were delighted to welcome members of our local Methodist Churches and Shree Ram Mandir to our Gurdwara.
The visit provided a wonderful opportunity to come together, share our faiths and traditions, and strengthen the bonds of friendship, mutual respect and understanding within our local community.

At the heart of our Sikh faith is the principle of Sarbat da Bhala — wishing well for all. By opening our doors and building relationships with people of different faiths, we continue to promote unity, inclusion and harmony.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this a meaningful occasion. Together, we can build a stronger, more connected and compassionate community. 🙏🏻

Up against an Academy Dev team who hadn’t lost this season—and I got myself a hat-trick and help my Coleshill Ballers team to a win! 4-1

Two goals from open play, followed by a composed penalty to complete the treble. Loved playing under the lights and testing myself.

Big thanks to @walsallfcofficial for joining my #RunThe72 campaign.

They’re the 6th team to join the challenge where I’m hoping to run each of my training runs for the London Marathon in a shirt belonging to each club in the @efl

All in aid of @calmzone

“LEARNING FROM HAZARD"
Keep practising it. Keep trying it. Eventually, you start doing it naturally in games.

Really happy with this little bit of skill.

I scored two goals and got an assist in the game, but sometimes it’s the smaller moments you’ve been practising that give you the most satisfaction.

I’ve been watching how Eden Hazard used his body when running with the ball — facing defenders up, drawing them in, moving his body across and using his arm and strength to protect the ball.

It looks simple, but there’s so much in it.
Close control. Body position. Balance. Timing. Mindset.

It’s not always about the goals — it’s about seeing the things you practise starting to work. 📈⚽

“GET IN FRONT — DON’T GIVE THEM THE SHOULDER-TO-SHOULDER.”

Get in front early and protect the ball.

If you stay alongside them, you’re giving them the chance to use their size and strength shoulder-to-shoulder.

Get your body across, make them come through you, protect the ball and use their momentum against them.

💡 Don’t fight strength with strength — use positioning, balance and football IQ.

9v9 1st Ballers game - showed passion and desire to get another goal and help the team, that's why I got the ball back to the center circle as quickly as I can 👍
