Durban didn’t quite go according to plan… 👀😅

A twisted ankle meant Worship Freemantle had to watch the action from the sidelines but this November, he’s coming back with something to prove. 🎾🔥

New city. Fresh ankles. Another shot. 😂
Worship is BACK for the Sunbet Padel Invitational in Sun City.
This time, we’re hoping he actually makes it onto the court. 👀

Thank you @lionsrugbyco & @bokontour .
What an opportunity I got to be able to represent the team at media day and be able to upskill my own abilities to be part of the lions pride future. Hope this is the beginning of something special for myself and my career to look forward towards. S/O to the great videography @joshjenkinn as camera man and now long life friend for the help. The All Blacks 23 vs Boks🇿🇦

- Blind side attack , short and quick.
- Ruck speed on attack , under 3 sec rucks , create overlaps out wide, (MAKE the field bigger for themselves)
- ROIGARD , Love , Jordie & Mackenzie are key to pinning the Boks back in their corner.
- Lakai & Segner crucial off the bench.
- Preston Speed is something not watched enough.
-ALB XP and classy play with BOOMFA impact , lots of energy.

How we won the World Cup? Back 2 Back?

- Set piece at Lineouts Defensive Steals.
- Relentless BombSquad that just exploded with some dynamite.
- Slowing ball down at ruck time in the 2nd half.
- ABSOLUTE GRIT AND HARD WORK that last 15min.
- Attack the best form of defense especially when you are the current holders vs The team that won it more.

Well done gents B2B🏆🇿🇦💚💛
