Monday, 6 AM. The sun’s barely up and the lanes are already moving. 🌅

This is West Hollywood Aquatics — a Masters program where it doesn’t matter if you’re chasing a national cut or just trying to make it through the main set without hitting the wall. Everyone’s in the water. Everyone’s working.

There’s something about a Monday morning swim that resets the whole week. Cold water, clear head, and a lane full of people who showed up when it would’ve been easier not to. That’s the culture. That’s why I coach here.

No fancy equipment. No shortcuts. Just the black line, a stopwatch, and a group of adults who refuse to stop getting better.

If you’ve been thinking about getting back in the pool — this is your sign. 🏊‍♂️

Who’s getting in with us next Monday? 👇

Thursday morning grind with West Hollywood Aquatics Masters 🌊 Coach Kiley put us to work today and kept the whole group moving from start to finish — no rest for the wicked! Another great workout in the books, the kind that reminds you why you show up before the sun’s even fully up.

Big thanks to @SprintRevolution for the drag sox that added a little extra spice to the set today — nothing like some resistance to humble you mid-set 😅

Grateful for a coach who pushes us, a team that shows up, and partners who help fuel the work. Onward to the next one. 💪🏊
