After an iterative design process experimenting with placement, material palette and structural details, our garden dining area project has been granted approval from the local planning authority (permitted development). We have provided the full architectural process, with construction details in conjunction to structural and geotechnical engineers consultation. Using our technical details we comprised a comprehensive bill of quantities to quantity survey the job and use it as a quotation and project management model. Following planning consent, construction will be commencing next week, delighted to have carried this project through its stages and can’t wait to watch it come to life on site. Drop us a message for any project enquiries 😁

Absolutely delighted to have been appointed main designer on this industrial renovation project. The Old Print Works (a former WW1 ammunitions factory) is about to be given a whole new lease of life. Initial site visit today to meet the client and developer, discussing possibilities to change the centre valley roof to a secondary pitch to open up head height at first floor level, supported by large steel beams (RSJs). The desired use of the development is a BMW collection showroom for the client, a flashy place to store his vast collection of BMW luxury SUVs. Really excited to take this project through its phases and give the client a better insight into his dreams. Massive thanks to @bigbearfabrications for the recommendation! George is the answer to any structural steel, on site fabrication and bespoke gateways and railings, also a great person to work with! Do not hesitate to contact him on +44 7889 636412.
