🍂🍻 Fall Sips & Tips went out with a bang on graduation night!

Lots of laughs, good shots, bad shots, and a few drinks to ease the pain of those bad shots! 😂

These past few weeks reminded me what golf is all about. It’s not about how good or bad you are, but the people you meet and the memories you make. Ladies, you were the definition of a good time!

Proud of everyone who stepped outside their comfort zone and gave this game a shot. ❤️🏌️‍♀️

Huge thanks to my fellow Assistant Golf Professional, Rich Updike, for helping lead the clinics, and Evan Jones for keeping the drinks flowing and the jukebox rocking!

❄️ Winter Sips & Tips is coming! Stay tuned—you won’t want to miss it! 🍻#regentsglen #ladiesgolf #girlsgolf #golfaddict #golf

I currently know approximately 4 golf vocabulary words, so naturally I’ve started making up some of my own to remind me what I’m supposed to do. 😂

One of my favorite parts of learning something completely new is all the language you make up along the way to help your brain remember things, and sometimes just to make it more fun.

When I was a kid, my friends and I thought our running coach was always shouting “caress the hill” instead of “crest the hill.”

Even after we learned what he was actually saying, we made a vow to always call it caressing the hill. Looooooove the hill. 😂

I remember being absolutely exhausted climbing hills in races and whispering “caress the hill” to a teammate between breaths, just to make us smile while we dug in.

Some things never change.

So Rainbow Arc Club it is. 😂

Golf can feel intimidating when you’re just getting started, but it doesn’t have to.

Sips & Tips helps women learn the fundamentals, put new skills into practice, and meet other women who are learning too.

PHOTOSYNTHESIZING ☀️⚡️✨

I had the best time on the @royalcaribbean Brilliance of the Seas - when we weren’t taking 🦭videos at the pool, we were out in the sun ALL day exploring new (to us) cities in Greece and Turkey, and meeting new people from around the world.

What I love most about cruising is the humanity of it all - the relationships you form with people in the short span of a week, the head nods & smiles to people who become familiar faces around the ship, thank yous to the housekeepers and waitstaff, inside jokes with the tour guides, helping people capture their perfect vacation photos, and watching strangers celebrate life milestones together. I even got to meet up with an internet friend who happened to be in Greece the same time as me! (@whatrunsyou)

I grew up cruising so this was a very nostalgic trip for me and I’m thankful for the opportunities to go on family vacations, even as an adult. Looking forward to the next few days of exploring Rome before we head home! 🇮🇹

pictured or not pictured, I know there were so many of you tracking and supporting me during the marathon, and even though that’s still hard for me to believe, I appreciate it so much. thank you!!!

Knocked down my 6th #miamihalfmarathon and 11th overall half marathon. The weekend was filled with: fellowship with good friends, a little rest & reset, sneaking in a couple of rounds of golf 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾, and missing the snowstorm back home …until the airlines had other plans and had me stuck for several days on the way back, but grateful for the journey.

Running reminds me to show up, pace yourself, enjoy the people, and like my run coach @whatrunsyou says “trust the process.”

On to the next starting line - DC Rock and Roll Half in March.
