My Happy clients are back from Morocco 🇲🇦
Their short family adventure looked incredible, and I’m so happy they loved the Riad, the desert safari, the little touches and check-ins along the way.

Thank you for a glowing review and trusting me with
your adventure - it means the world!

They came to me with a rough wish-list, and seeing it turn into the trip of a lifetime is exactly why | love what I do

Coven … thank you …

The most gorgeous, safe, intimate and healing circle.

Just thank you …

“Coven is one of my favourite ways to fill my cup and has become an essential part of my healing journey. It’s hard to put into words the blissful magick that occurs under the guidance and support of two incredibly gifted women in a room full of beautiful souls. I always leave feeling full up of love and gratitude. I can honestly say that coven is one of my (very few) safe spaces. I can be my raw authentic self and be vulnerable without fear of shame or judgement. It is just the most beautiful 3 hours of pure magick. It truly is the most amazing experience. From the meditations, to the tarot, to the beautiful words spoken, the sound frequencies, the cacao. Anna and Kat’s infectious love of what they do and share will have you hooked. I urge anyone who is even vaguely interested to come along. Cosmic coven is my safe haven in the madness that is life.”

Glitter Box 4.0

Just stretching the birthday out a little further… ✨

Feeling like there’s so many things to say and also knowing it’s all in the feeling of…

The biggest love for everyone who shared this day in person in messages in cards and thoughts and memories.

I have not felt so connected and surrounded by such incredible people in all of my life, those that know me and see me and accept me fully in all of the fullness of all of it.

It’s a lot to type this because of old stories and old narratives and old beliefs and it’s that thing where you teach and share the lessons most needed by you, like they come through you so you can hear them outside of your head, your body, external volume over internal chatter.

Last year, a whole year younger than today I felt old, too old, too much, suffocated by my whole self and what another saw …

Today I feel so full I could burst, so excited by what’s still to come, all of the love and all of the adventures and all of the magic, so so so much magic.

And, I was gonna do one of those 40 things at 40 and I probs still will …
But… the big thing I think is … if you ever feel too much or too old or too anything for the people around you and you’re making yourself small and quiet and still and eugh… darling, they are not your people to be around so you must, really, really must put them down and walk away and know your special ones are coming, soon, soon, the ones who will stand side by side with you and hold your hand and walk through this insane life journey, along the crazy old path and illuminate it with all of their love and gratitude for you that you feel in your every cell and know it’s strength just by the way they look at you, talk with you, hear and truly see you.

Me to you at the start of this next 4th decade of mine… you are worth all of it, every bit of all the magic.

Big big love… me to you 🤍

And Glitter Box 4.0… you were everything ⚡️

I’m going for the first one …

Moving forward into who knows what because the keeping still and the going backwards, well, it’s know and done.

Gonna keep stepping through all the little bits and see what unfolds because the comfort and control we think we have in the safe and still is a big big comfort and a big big delusion… that rug my darling can and will be pulled at any moment.

So maybe take control in the change and lean into it before it tumbles you, that’s where the empowerment lies, you do the changing because the changing is coming anyway.

And tonight, a thing, the third @cosmiccovenmagic offering deep in the woods sharing with the most beautiful ones side by side with @miss_trout in the whisper of Sunday’s new moon and Lion’s Gate Portal there’s going to be a whole load of calling in change, manifesting magic, connection through cacao, sound frequencies and tarot under a canopy of trees.

We. Can. Not. Wait.

See you there to set the forward change 🤍

This... all of it...⚡️

“...laugh at how beautiful and weird and wonderful this existence is”

I read this and my heart kinda did that magic thing like it was expanding with every single letter of every single word feeling the very intention and the high frequency energy flow through ✨

That connection and that vibration is everything and these words @sophiefrench.co are everything 🤍

Thank you thank you for sharing a little part of you, your heart to ours.

“...remember that bliss and joy and magic and pleasure are your birthright.”

Let’s stop staying small and relish in all the gorgeous delicious good that’s all around if we just date to look and accept and allow ourselves to have it, be it, experience all of it.

Just ...

All. The. Yes. 💫⚡️🌙

All the connection and all the pleasure, I’m here for it all.

You too..?

Big big hugest heart expansive love only today please 🤍⚡️🤍

Last night...
Summer Solstice By The Sea was one of the most beautiful magic infused connected evenings buzzing with the release of the last 6 months making space for what’s to come, giving permission to putting down some stuff we’ve carried (which really is not ours to hold, probably never was) allowing time and pause and reflection.

Right there on the beach around the fire, salty breeze and waves crashing we had it all, all four elements holding us in that space.

Hearts open through the power and medicine of cacao, deep dropping meditation and breathwork, empowering reflective tarot, a lot of drumming (man that drum, so much power) and a Soundbath sharing crystaline singing bowls and Koshi chimes.

To each and every one of you who came to join us we are literally overwhelmed and still slightly floating on all of your gorgeous words and shares and connection, there’s a reason you were all there at the first one and we are mega, mega happy it was so.

We dreamed this up and to see it all unfold in all of its electric detail as the sun was setting was all of the incredible so, thank you, thank you thank you.

And ... we have the next Cosmic Coven event all ready to go ...
Think trees and connection and grounding in the whisper of the new moon as Mercury enters Cancer on encouraging you to take your emotions seriously and communicate your needs to others.

July 11th 6-9pm
Keep your evening free and we’ll share more details really soon (if you’d like us to save your space, send a little message and consider it done)

"At the end of yourself, you'll find yourself"
@paul_warrior__

What if you've been quacking like a duck because you've been made to think thats right..

However out of place and uncomfortable you felt..

Well f**k a duck..

Be a Unicorn 🦄

Theres a whole lot of the fitness industry that's never sat well with me, but its everywhere and so I felt I must be wrong and have been hammering my square peg into its round hole for 13 years.

Along the way the pegs got more rounded and the hole a little squarer.

Enough is enough.

Lockdown has given me the opportunity to step out of my business, reevaluate, burn down and build back up.

No longer will it serve to deliver what is expected by others.

It's time to embrace the difference and deliver on my terms.

All workouts will serve to ask questions of the participants both mentally and physically.

Turn the Barbells down and the Hardship up.

@unit17c I will light the fire of change 🔥

I don't think anyone who isn't self employed can truly appreciate what it's like to own and operate a business.

Especially at the moment.

And in my opinion, especially if it's a business built on your passion, a dream that you've grafted to turn into a reality for years.

It's hard to even put into words when you're talking to another small business owner in the same position, but there's a look that you share between you. A knowing look, a look of mutual respect, because you both get it.

It doesn't ever stop.
The pressure to reply instantly.
The pressure to deliver at any cost.
How hard it is to simply enjoy a holiday, to actually switch off.
The guilt you feel every moment you're not working.
You can't be ill.
How personally you take any and all even remotely negative comments or feedback.
The list goes on.

Now, it's a choice, you're following you're dream and you're In control...

Until this year, when control is taken away from you

This is no pity party.

This is an acceptance of my frustration and then a commitment to getting back up again and pushing forward with my dreams.

It's been shit, really, really shit and extremely challenging to keep open and then put a positive and brave face on it.

But i am still open and I will keep pushing forward, I didn't come this far, only to come this far.

Here's another reason for this post, of you are self employed, maybe you feel like this too and now you know you're not alone.

Theres nothing we could do about what's happened, is happening, may happen...
But we can keep going, because it wasn't anything we did, but we cna do something about how we move forward.

So, to all my fellow small businesses..
Stay Strong, head down, eyes forward.

If it was easy, everyone would do it.

It's a choice, we don't have to do this, we get to.

Let's keep on, keeping on ✊
