Was an honor to donate and help wash cars this past Saturday for @kamranfoad’s and @trippb_3’s St. Jude fundraiser! ❤️

Together, we raised an incredible $7,500 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital! St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is a nonprofit pediatric research and treatment center focused on treating and researching childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases in children. A huge core value of St. Jude is that families never receive a bill for any treatment, travel, housing, or food expenses, allowing them to focus solely on their child’s care. The hospital also freely shares its scientific discoveries with doctors and researchers worldwide to improve treatments for children with diseases around the world.

I’m very happy to announce that my 100 Days of Morrow challenge was able to raise over $10,000 that I’ve donated to my master John Morrow’s dojo! Even though my master passed away, the dojo is still operational and is now in the very capable hands of Chris Atwater, one of my master’s top black belt instructors. This is something I’ve been working on for the past several months, so very special thanks to my online community, @forhonorandpositivity, and the non-profit organization, @fostersoutriders, for working with me behind the scenes to raise these funds! The funds raised are now supporting major renovations at the dojo and will help expand outreach efforts to provide martial arts training, mentorship, and personal development opportunities to even more students. While the challenge is over, this is only the beginning of our movement to make our world a better place! Let’s do this together! 💪🏼
