Which client are you still second guessing? Bring their case study to a free, hands on day in November and leave with a clear plan.

We're teaming up with Justin from @wheelieworx for "Promoting Outdoor Mobility" - an education day for OTs and allied health professionals.

What we’ll work through together...

🎯Manual chairs, power assist, power chairs and off road 4x4 chairs, side by side, so you can see what ACTUALLY performs on sand, gravel and grass
🎯Funding when it isn’t the primary chair, and how to frame the justification
🎯Power seat functions: the clinical benefits, the justifications and the prescribing pitfalls that catch everyone out
🎯A live case study review.
Bring a case you’re about to assess, recently trialled or keep circling back to and we'll map out exactly what to do for them

Justin is an OT and wheelchair and seating coach who builds clear, practical systems that stop the second guessing. Andrew the Manager of our Custom Rehab Division and will be in the room too, with the chairs and the answers!

Choose your session:
Monday 23 November, 9:00am to 3:00pm, our North Geelong showroom
Tuesday 24 November, 11:30am to 4:00pm, Middle Park Bowls Club
Wednesday 25 November, 9:00am to 3:00pm, our Pakenham showroom

It counts toward your CPD hours, and it lands the week before the registration year closes on 30 November #Winning
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are on us, so the desk sandwich gets the day off.

Seats are limited and bookings are essential - email andrew@rehabhire.com.au or head to the link in our bio.

Know an OT whose client would rather be on the sand than the footpath? Send this their way!

What does an allied health professional really do? 👀

I put the question out to my OT and allied health network around the world and asked one simple thing: What are you doing right now?💙

The responses are a reminder that no two days or professions are ever the same. From working remotely, holidaying and working in the office… and everything in between.

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to send in a clip and be part of this video.

Special thank you to @shestudiesot for the inspiration behind this idea! 💫

⭐️Day 3⭐️

Friday was our third and final day partnering with Meyra Australia by @novishealthcare to host a dedicated education session for allied health professionals on choosing the power chair that will best suit their clients’ needs 🦼

We’re extremely grateful to presenter Justin Boulos of @wheelieworx . He has such a wealth of knowledge that is delivered in an engaging, fun, and educational way 🙌

This combined theory session, product demonstration, and case study breakdown aimed to give attendees both clinical and practical experience with power chairs and how they impact the life of your client ✨

Thanks to the members of our very own custom rehab team for attending the Narre Warren session on Friday. It was so wonderful seeing everyone enjoy and learn from their experiences 🤩

Through guided demonstrations including scripting and hands-on practice, therapists were able to build confidence in prescribing customised power chairs to improve safety, function, and comfort for clients with complex needs 🩷
